Enjoy a well-deserved vacation in this gorgeous, waterfront cottage on Lake Winnisquam at property 347. With enough room for eight guests, this four bedroom, one bath New Hampshire hideaway offers stunning views and all the comforts of home. Get a good night’s sleep and choose from the king-sized accommodation, one of the two queens, or the twin. There is also an additional futon on the porch.

Gather in the living room and unwind after an eventful day. The living room is complete with an updated, flat-screen television, as well as an X-Box and Netflix capabilities to stream movies. In addition, there is a well-stocked book shelf to appeal to all literary tastes. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with both large and small appliances for your convenience. A gas grill is also available for your use.

The porch is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful sunshine, as well as admire views of the lake and the mountains. The property comes with a fenced-in yard, a dock, able to accommodate up to a 28-foot boat, and a sandy beach. There are two kayaks and a canoe included for use.

great location!

My family and I stayed in this home in August 2017. It was truly the perfect lake getaway with all the comforts of home and so close to the sandbar which is a great location! My husband and I enjoyed playing cards on the porch one of the rainy evening. A real slice of heaven.

Perfect lake vacation home

We just got back from the perfect lake vacation. The home, the amenities, the hospitality from the home owners to the concierge service from the natural retreat staff was nothing less than excellent. Amazing vacation retreat great experiences during our stay, can’t wait to come back next year.

This waterfront home was perfect.

We were here during the week of July 4th. Fireworks for 4 nights in a row. Fantastic home, cute and comfy, beautiful views, beach, crystal clear water. Kayaks and canoe a plus. Home had AC too. Love it here. Will definitely come back.

This home has everything.

The home was cute and cozy. Had everything you could want in a home. The beds were so comfortable, sofa beautiful, screen in porch, great views, clean, clear water, nice long dock for our boat and jetskis.....my favorite place so far....highly recommend it.
