Ótimo lugar para fazer festa

Comemorei meu aniversário na área de lazer deste imóvel. A responsável, Cacau, foi muito solícita e gentil desde o primeiro contato e fez de tudo para que o evento fosse do jeito que eu queria. O espaço é exatamente como está nas fotos, muito agradável, a piscina é bem grande, e as instalações estão em boas condições! Todo mundo gostou muito e pretendemos voltar logo! Muito obrigada!

Estadia Incrível!

Faltam palavras para descrever o quão incrível foi nossa estadia na mansão. Imprevistos sempre acontecem, mas todos foram contornados com a ajuda dos funcionários da casa. Sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos. Colaboraram e muito para que nosso ano novo fosse perfeito! A casa cumpre toda a descrição do anuncio e realmente tem um vista incrível em todas as horas do dia. Não me arrependi um só momento pela escolha do imóvel e recomendo a todos uma estadia na Cacau House. Obrigado a todos pela atenção e carinho no meu aniversário, foi inesquecível! Com certeza voltaremos!

Dona despreparada!

Comemorei o aniversário do meu filho no espaço externo e paguei o valor exposto para diária, conforme está no anúncio. Ao visitarmos, podíamos usar tudo. Ela nos mostrou a cozinha e outras dependências na parte de baixo da casa. Logo após fazermos o depósito já fomos informados que na verdade não poderíamos entrar. Tbm não foi permitido usar a campainha, pois a proprietária desativou e por um imprevisto meu, após depositar 75% do valor e tentar retornar o imóvel para resolver detalhes e a proprietária desmarcar, levei os outros 25% no início da festa. O que de fato não está acordado no contrato, mas estava pagado. Por isso, eu e meus convidados recebemos o pior tratamento possível, enquanto o valor não chegou as mãos dela, ela ficou grosseiramente falando Alto, na frente dos funcionários e dos convidados o que estava acontecendo. Foi irônica e grosseira com todos eles, antes e após a receber e comprovar o pagamento que ocorreu logo após eu direcionar as coisas necessárias para organizar a festa. Ela não tem o menor preparo para lidar com o público no caso de imprevistos. Alguns convidados foram embora por conta disto e com outros ela bateu boca. Agora são 40 famílias que por conta do tratamento recebido não pensam em alugar o espaço e farão todo o esforço possível para alertar seus amigos e parentes sobre como foram tratados por essa senhora. Uma pena! Se n fosse por meu filho, eu teria tratado a situação de uma outra forma. E só um alerta a proprietária, a diária é paga, se precisar chegar mais tarde, o que não estava previsto por nós, afinal pagamos para usar, nos podemos entrar faltando 10 min para acabar nosso tempo e de nada será perturbação para senhora, como me disse. É seu papel ter equilíbrio e nos atender bem.
