The home was just as lovely as described. The 6 of us, sisters and other family members, enjoyed our stay immensely! The home was beautiful, warm, welcoming, and spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable also. The location was great too.

Spacious
We were doing a mini vacation with my kids and their cousins so the 5 bedrooms worked out great! The home was spacious and clean. The hosts were communicative and left us some cookies to enjoy on our arrival. Location was conveniently near a grocery store and Starbucks too!

We purchased the family farm in 2011 from Mark's parents after they decided to downsize to a smaller home next to the farm. With 2 huge farmhouses here on the farm, we decided to rent out the home that Mark's parents were moving out of. After 5 years and 2 different tenants, we decided to pursue our dream of turning this home into a vacation home. Although we continue to make improvements to the guest house, we think you will find it spacious and comfortable as you vacation in beautiful Lancaster County! We've lived in the stone house next door for 30 years, moving in when we returned home from our honeymoon in Feb 1994. We dairy farmed till the Spring of 2000, after the dairy cows left we started a small cow/calf operation. We raise our cows on pasture and GMO free crops farmed here on our farm. Mark does the farming and crops besides his full time job. We have 4 adult children, 2 sons and 2 daughters.

Why they chose this property

Mark grew up here on the farm and lived in what is now the guest home from the age of 2-22 he moved back across the drive to the stone house in 1994 following our wedding. We rented the farm till 2011, when we were given the opportunity to purchase the farm from Mark's parents. It's been a privilege to be able to farm and raise our family here.

What makes this property unique

We hope you will love your stay in this spacious and comfortable home located so close to many of the most popular Lancaster County attractions.
