Very well furnished with master suite and second bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs there is large loft stye den and sleeping area with a, queen size, convertible couch. New, marble bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen. Village stores, restaurants and amenities are a short walk or bike ride away. Very spacious open plan. Light and bright living area opening to deck, pool and garden. Enjoy spending time relaxing indoors or outside. All amenities close by! Coffee by the pool as the sun comes up or barbeque dinner as it sets! Central air.
About Catherine Gale
My career took me from Dublin to Manhattan twenty five years ago. I loved city life but craved some weekend solitude in a beautiful place. This house provided that and more - lovely, bright interior, tranquil gardens, village strolls and beach walks! Now I am retired and spending more time, in Ireland, with extended family. The Southampton home is special to me and I would like you to enjoy it as much as I do!

Great Couple of Weeks!
My wife and I rented Catherine’s home for 2 weeks in June. We were expecting a baby in the coming months, so it was important to us to have a quiet and relaxing space; this place was perfect for that. Quiet and right-sized for a small family. Additionally, Catherine was very flexible and accommodating with all of our requests around arrival and departure. The house is just minutes from downtown Southampton and only a few more to many beaches.
The backyard is nice and quiet, perfect for outdoor family dining. Definitely a find!
FABULOUS, IDEAL RENTAL
My family, and in laws recently stayed in this property for a couple of weeks. Absolutely ideal for families with children as the pool and yard are a great asset, both are particularly well maintained, the house too has everything needed or a very comfortable stay, including Netflix (a great option), fully equipped kitchen etc... The kids loved sleeping in the upstairs den. Close proximity to South Hampton shops, easy drive, or bike ride to beaches. The owner Catherine couldn't be nicer, most helpful and flexible. In fact, when we checked out we left a couple of things behind for which she kindly returned them to us when she was in NYC! Look forward to staying again.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful
The property is so cozy and beautiful and close to downtown and the beach. Catherine is the perfect hostess who is available when and if you need her to be but completely gives you all the privacy wanted and needed. We especially liked the access to NETFLIX and AMAZON ON DEMAND on her tv! And the nice large closets! A definite good choice for a Southampton stay.

Outstanding Property!
My 2 girlfriends and I all agree that we cannot say enough about this house. The kitchen was fantastic and well equipped for cooking. The living room was nicely decorated, comfy and cozy. The owner, Catherine provided a truly special rental home. She was welcoming and was always available for questions about the town. The beautiful beach was a short 20 minute walk as well as shops and eateries. Out only regret is that we did not stay longer. I would definitely rent this property again.
Beautiful Home & Area
My husband and I decided on a last minute vacation to the Hamptons and booked this property. Catherine was very helpful and responsive and we loved her home. So beautiful and relaxing ~ a great energy in both the house and garden. We couldn't have asked for a nicer week away. Very conveniently located to everything! Thank you so much!

This home was perfect for me and my two adult kids. We had an excellent stay and the home was even more spacious than is shown in the photos. The home owner was delightfully friendly and showed us all around the house and outdoors, answering all of our questions to ensure that we would have a comfortable stay. The house was very clean, comfortable and ready for us to enjoy when we arrived. We would definitely stay at this property again!
