Luxury Holiday Rental House located seconds away from a very quiet beach in Sussex. Only 1.5 hours drive from central London or 1 hour 20 minutes by train from Victoria. Well behaved dogs accepted.

The house has been finished to a very high standard with beautiful up to date interiors including all modern appliances. There is a large garden to the rear with seating for 8 people and a barbecue. To the front of the house is the perfect area for sunbathing - enjoy basking in the sunshine with complete privacy. There is wireless broadband, SKY HD in both the sitting room and kitchen, and a DVD player for those who want to chill out and watch a movie. The open plan kitchen dining room has American style fridge-freezer, two ovens, dishwasher and seating for 10 people. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedrooms have ceiling fans for hot summer nights. Bathrooms are well appointed and have constant hot water, perfect for a shower after a long day on the beach. One well behaved dog is very welcome. If a guest wishes to bring more than one dog we need to speak to the dog owner before giving permission.

The kitchen has two ovens ideal for entertaining. The kitchen dining room seats 10 people there is also a separate dining room for more formal entertaining which seats 8 people. There are ceiling fans at the property in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms. We provide a tower fan for the fourth bedroom

Absolutely stunning! Right by the beach and beautiful decor.

Sally has thought of every detail - fluffy towels, fully equipped kitchen, welcome pack including a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. This area is stunning anyway in a private estate metres from a beautiful secluded beach. We had a perfect few days and would highly recommend 😎😀

Great family house by beach plus good garden

Bright and airy, easy living, minutes from the beach and plenty of space. This was just what we were after for half term for our family of 5 plus a dog. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

The perfect family holiday

Our family of five stayed at Mansard House in July and August 2016. We were lucky enough to have near perfect weather and spent much of our time on the beach or hanging out in the large and lovely garden (perfectly safe and enclosed for our pupppy too!), but this is a great house whatever the weather, with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting room and luxuriously lovely big beds and bathroom. Sally was a pleasure to deal with and the location was ideal for us: we shall return! Annie & family

A lovely holiday home

We found this to be a lovely holiday home with spacious rooms and all the mod cons. The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast room sat nine 9 of us comfortably. We rented the property for a family celebration over four days and found it to be a great place to relax, the garden in the sunshine was beautiful and the beach being three minutes walk away was a bonus. A great place to get away from it all.

Great place to be

We were 8, and we had a really nice week in this fantastic house, where everything what you need is available, and even more. The house is very cosy, even if it is very spacious. It is located in a beautiful and calm neighborhood and I only can recommend a stay in this house. At short distances, there are many things to visit, but you can also have relax days at the beach, that's only a stone's throw away.

I would definitely rent it again.

A luxury beach house with a large secluded rear garden and decking to the front. Beautifully decorated open-plan living offering a tranquil escape. The house is situated next to the beach and for the energetic there are many water sports available in the local vicinity, including, windsurfing, sailing and kite surfing. For those of you who want to discover the local attractions there is the beautiful town of Arundel, with its Castle and stunning Cathedral, the cultural town of Chichester and the cool vibe of Brighton all within half an hour.

For race fanatics the courses of Goodwood and Fontwell are 20 minutes away. Restaurants, shops and pubs are a five minute walk from the property.

For children, there is the Wetlands Bird Sanctuary in Arundel, Fishers Farm Park, Brighton Pier, and the fun fair and crazy golf at Littlehampton and lots more.

There are many lovely local sussex pubs which are happy to take dogs for those who like to stop for lunch after walking on the downs.
