You cannot beat this location! The amenities, central location and style are unmatched on or around Dickson. It will truly be a VIP experience for you and your guests.

*Please note that because of its location in the middle of Fayetteville's entertainment district, there is the risk of ambient noise. The bedrooms are well insulated, but this is not the best location if you are looking for a quiet weekend away. It is much better suited for exciting weekend trips to have fun in Fayetteville.

Why Shawn Gray chose Fayetteville

Fayetteville successfully maintains the delicate balance between a quaint hometown feel and the offerings and entertainment of a metropolitan area. A few miles North in Rogers and Bentonville, you'll find many of the trendy chain restaurants and stores. Fayetteville has more of a hometown feel with classic antique shops, stylish boutiques and local restaurants by Fayetteville natives and talented transplants who were drawn here by the beautiful scenery, laid back atmosphere and 4 distinct seasons.

Further, since Arkansas doesn't have a single professional sports team, the Razorbacks are the single sports focus for the entire state. Living 1 block from the campus and less than a mile from the football stadium makes Fayetteville that much more fun.

What makes this condo unique

They say real estate is about location, location, location. This property has an unbeatable location. It is part of the historic Icehouse Building, which delivered ice to businesses and residences into the 1960's. Since that time, this historic building has been transformed into contemporary, chic condos and hip retail space.

The Icehouse building is a stark contrast to the giant condo high-rises at the Legacy Building and Underwood Plaza (now called 'The Dickson'). Instead of complicated parking, frustrating security and the negative label of living in those two buildings, the Icehouse is understated and classy with no less convenience and more style.

I was quickly attracted to my condo, because of its open 2-story floorplan, 1st and 2nd story entrances, and the large private patio adjacent to West End Bar. It offers great peace and quiet, with black-out curtains, while putting you right in the center of the action when you're ready to have fun. It's truly a best of both worlds location.

This is an amazing place, in a wonderful location. Our group was in town for a wedding weekend and were delighted to be able to explore the area with ease, since so many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars are within walking distance. JS was the perfect host - he was easy to reach and provided thorough instructions. He also left a helpful guide to some local spots, of which we made thorough use. If you're coming to Fayetteville, stay here!

Location is everything!

My 6th and 7th extended trips to Fayetteville have been at this location and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Shawn does a great job anticipating needs, the beds alone are worth the stay but the amenities are added bonuses.

Although a little hidden, the place is easily accessible and comfortable. The close proximity to Dickson Street's food and nightlife is perfect (the night owl neighbors seem to enjoy it too, they were a little noisy but not too disruptive considering it is a college town).

Great central location, comfortable space. Shawn was very available and accommodating with our special needs. Beware it can be loud because of the central location but the perks of being so close to everything outweighed the noise.

This condo is spacious and comfortable, one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. The decor is modern/contemporary throughout. The owner Shawn is very easy to work with and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent near Dickson Street.

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect for a group of moms visiting campus. It's an easy walk to campus or to all the action on Dickson street. Neighbors were friendly, but there was a great deal of action in the building at all hours. The main entrance is on the upper level. You'll need to carry luggage down a spiral staircase.

In addition to the University of Arkansas and Razorback sporting events, Fayetteville is in close proximity to Crystal Bridges Museum (sponsored by Walmart and free to visitors), Devil's Den State Park (spelunking, mountain biking, fishing, rock climbing, etc.), Beaver Lake, Walton Art Center (theater and concerts), Dickson St. nightlife, about 10 rivers that can be canoed or otherwise floated and is home to Bikes, Blues and BBQ (the largest charitable bike rally in the world).
