About this property

PERFECT location, large beach home accommodates up to 10. Wonderful location this home is off main Gulf Blvd nestled among whispering Australian Pines that provide shelter from the hot Florida sun while you take in the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in the quiet Sunset Beach, southern point of Treasure Island. This tri-level beach home offers a place for everyone. As you enter into the entry way, stairs will lead you up to the main interior of the home.
A large open concept living- gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, large dining area and living room with wall to wall views to the gulf; see dolphins from your own home; Dine on the balcony, or rest in the shade of the trees. This same main floor hosts a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and a private full en-suite bathroom is a perfect retreat; stairs lead to the third floor hosting a guest bedroom, hall bath and master suite. The master suite entry level features a queen bed, sitting area with television; 2nd-level master hosts a king-sized bed, balcony sliders to the direct views of the gorgeous gulf waters; large master bath; full-size washer/dryer; queen sized quest bedroom and a guest hall bath. For the young teenagers, a bonus room offers two twin beds and a queen sized sleeper sofa with walkout access to the beach just off the garage.( Garage is not available for parking.)
**Though this home is spacious, IT IS NOT available for hosting weddings or large celebrations beyond accommodation capcacity. Must be 25 or older to reserve and must occupy property during entire reservation. An additional security damage depost will be collected at the time of reservation, refundable if no damage is reported. Gas grill is on-site, beach chairs.

Can't beat the beach!

We had a great time in this house just steps away from Sunset Beach! Check-in and out was efficient and easy. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great location and lots of room. Short walk to Caddys. The deck is our favorite place.

Birthday vacation

We enjoyed the house very much. The only improvement I can suggest is supplying more things. There were only 2 garbage bags. No dish soap at all. And only a couple of dishwasher detergent pods. I think for the price payed, guests should not have to buy those things.

Family getaway

The property has a beautiful location right on the beach. Plenty of space and amenities to relax and enjoy. The sunsets were beautiful and seeing the dolphins every day was amazing!
