perfect for large groups!

We had two families for a total of 8 people. This apartment was perfect! Minutes to Edinburgh Castle, dining, and shopping. A grocery store is just four doors away. So convenient. The landlord, Francois, was very friendly and accommodating. We LOVED our time there! Thank you!!

Great, Spacious New Town Location

We enjoyed staying at this Home Away property. Francois let us in and showed us the particulars of the property and was available throughout our stay as he lived just around the corner. There was lots of room for our 4 adult family. The location is very nice as we easily walked around the city and to/from the train station. There was a convenient grocery store nearby which we utilized. We would recommend this property to future travelers.

Perfect apartment for families with small kids

We (two families with 3 small kids) stayed 5 days in Edinburgh and enjoyed the base we had in this apartment which had everything we needed. It was located within walking distance from almost everything and had a good supermarket next door.

Loved the apartment and the location

The weather in Edinburgh was really cold and snowy, however the apartment was really warm and cosy, it was a joy to go back to after sightseeing. The only slight negative was the outside road noise in the bedrooms but we got use to it.

Great place to stay.

Very comfortable and cosy apartment, great situation for seeing Edinburgh.

Francoise met us on our arrival, very helpful.

My only comment is that the lampshade in the bedroom off the lounge needs replacing and maybe a little more dusting needs doing, apart from that we loved place.

Great New Town location and walkable to Old Town

This flat is on the second floor of a Georgian rowhome built in the early 1800’s. The windows, views and light are amazing. The place was super clean and I loved that we didn’t have to leave it spotless when we left. The showers didn’t have much pressure but we made do. The flat easily accommodated 4 adults and 5 kids. The price is great as it’s in a safe and swanky neighborhood, it’s near a small grocery and excellent coffee shop. This is a wonderful spot!
