Now catering to MISPLACED FAMILIES due to catastrophic events. Please have insurance representative to contact me prior to renting and number of days required. I would like to meet the family beforehand and also keep in mind, that I do live in the property and there will be personal items still there. Dogs/cats must be approved if you have any animals that you will be bringing.

This is a very nice family oriented home. Great for vacation getaways. It has an enormous pool in the backyard starting from 4ft to 9ft. A waiver must be signed prior to use of the pool. Please sign and upload prior to renting. It also consist of a cabana area fit for party gatherings as well as a gas grill BBQ pit. The entire house can be used as well as appliances and dishes with the exception of closet and garage. Master bed is King size bed. Bed 2 & 3 has queen size bed. Game room has pool table, hockey table, TV, and board games for everyone to have fun and enjoy. When leaving, PLEASE clean up and place everything in its original order. EXTENDED STAY IS DISCOUNTED - please inquire. ENJOY!!! Parties/events must be approved first prior to booking. ABSOLUTELY NO "LARGE" PARTIES ALLOWED. Please read parking and pool guidelines attached. No graduation parties allowed. If you are wanting to book over the weekend that is not party/event related, please let me know so that I can adjust rate accordingly. Thank you

The home was wonderful, the neighborhood was peaceful, the backyard was amazing and very sufficient for my event. Had no problems from neighbors, everything was a success! Home owner Phyllis was extremely nice and welcoming!

Loved this home and the owners are great!

The house has plenty of things too do like board games and also pool accessories if your using the pool
