About this property

Our beautiful condo comes with tons of upgrades for your added comfort. This includes a steam shower, tanning bed, and natural stone floors. Our condo is very close to The Strip and I has easy access to the airport. We feature a relaxing bathroom jacuzzi bathtub with seasonally heated floors. We have a terrace that is great for morning coffee or just unwinding at the end of the day.
We feature a covered and reserved parking space, with additional guest parking available on property.

Lastly, the community has 2 pools that are seasonly open and small gym. A park is within walking distance.

Gorgeous.

The property is beautifully done within, and you’ll find everything you need on hand. The main bedroom with bath is very well done - the shower/steamroom was almost vacation time just in itself. Glorious. Our host very responsive. We didn’t have a bit of trouble, but exchanged some incidental information and he was literally moments away in his response. The property feels safe and secure, yet convenience and grocery stores, and tons of eating establishments are moments away. Beautiful place, excellent value, wonderful hosts!!

Chaz was an ok host. Communication could have been a little better regarding the check in process prior to our arrival. I had to reach out to him regarding this as I didn't know what to expect. But once I did he was very thorough and informative. Cleanliness could have been better. The guest prior to us must have had a dog, because there was white dog hair everywhere! Not good when you have an all black dress code for dinner party. Plant unstable in pot in dinning room fell over on husband. Thankfully it was not heavy. informative.

Cute condo

We came to Vegas for my girls cheer competition and this place was perfect for my family. It was nice, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. The owner communicated very well and responded immediately to any questions we had. We also felt safe as it was a gated property. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo offering a quiet escape from the strip

The condo is very well kept and exactly as advertised. The steam shower was a highlight for sure! Chaz is a fantastic host and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a more quiet vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the strip yet close enough that you can quickly get down to the action with a short and affordable Uber ride.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is a 5 minute Uber or Lyft ride to and from The Strip, but also far enough away if you are visiting Las Vegas for other reasons other than Las Vegas nightlife.. We are located in a nice and secure gated community. I enjoy going to the park across the street for morning jogs.
