Booking Requirements -
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and process a £250 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit payment will incur a £10 fee. This superhog verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

Local Area
Located in the attractive south-side of Edinburgh, the location offers excellent local amenities, whilst only being a short bus ride or within reasonable walking distance of many of Edinburgh's main tourist attractions and city centre. Newington is convenient for the The Queen's Hall, Royal Commonwealth Pool and Arthur's Seat. It is about a 20min walk from the Royal Mile. The apartment is also within reasonable walking distance into the city centre and the walk into town provides the opportunity to investigate many interesting shops and points of interest such as the Edinburgh Meadows and Edinburgh University.
Getting there
Getting there from the Waverley Railway Station
Exit station onto Princes Street, turn left along Princes Street and second left onto the Mound. Take the No. 42 bus. The journey is about 10 minutes. Look out for the National Library of Scotland's Map Library at the junction of Grange Rd, Salisbury place and Causewayside. Prepare to get off bus, on passing The Old Bell Pub. The apartment is to the left of the Old Bell. Press buzzer for 'Morris'.
Getting there from the Airport
Take the Express Shuttle bus from outside the UK arrivals hall into the city centre (buses approximately every 10 minutes, fare around £4.50). Exit bus at Waverley Bridge, just off Princes Street. Follow instructions as above.

Getting there by Car
If travelling from the North, continue on the A90 signposted for Edinburgh. Take the exit onto the A90, go through two roundabouts. Turn left at A90/Manor Place where you turn left again after 0.3 miles onto A8/W Maitland Street. After half a mile, turn right at Lothian Road and continue to Tollcross. Continue on the A700 along Melville Drive. At the end turn right onto Causewayside and look out for the National Library of Scotland's Map Library at the junction of Grange Rd, Salisbury place and Causewayside. The apartment is to the left of the Old Bell Pub.
If travelling from the South continue to drive on the A1 and take the exit towards Craigmillar/Newcraighall at the roundabout take the first exit onto A6095/Newcraighall Road and continue to Cameron Toll Shopping Centre. Take the third exit onto Lady Road, continue along and then turn right onto Mayfield Road. The apartment is on your right after Duncan Street a couple of doors up from the Old Bell Pub.
Parking instructions
Over the weekend on street Free Parking is usually available just around the corner from the apartment. During the week there is Free on street parking on residential streets a 10 minute walk away. Otherwise parking is metered 8:30am to 5:30pm.
