Your family will also enjoy spending your nights gazing at the stars through the provided telescope!

Everybody Loves... Sand, Sun & Fun has a great fenced yard that is perfect for groups with younger aged children, and hosts a great spot for all of the outdoor fun your family can handle. Invite everyone outside for some corn hole, relaxing by the fire pit, and dinner in the newly renovated grilling area featuring a gas grill, while the children splash around in the pool. Rinse off from a trip to the beach in the newly enclosed outdoor shower.

Love OBX Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third year that my family has rented this house. Although there was a problem with the back lights not working when we first arrived, Beach Reality had someone there to fix within hours. The pool was warm this year which was great. My two five year old grandsone love to spend lots of time in the pool. The house is within a few minutes of the beach which the big kids love. Having a Bedroom with attached bath for everyone is perfect. House had wverything needed to enjoy our vacation.

Owners of the house provided umbrella, beach chairs and a wagon to haul it all to the beach .
