Three chalets, two showers, party room with barbecue, two bathrooms, swimming pool (adult and child), for you, your family and your friends.
Wonderful green area overlooking the mantiqueira mountain range, comfortably sleeps 15 people, equipped kitchen for the number of people above. Gas oven . The site has two rivers and a small waterfall, with clean water to cool off. Property is located 14 km from the center of the city of Guaratingueta.

Pontos positivos e negativos

O lugar é muito bonito. Fica afastado na cidade e bastante isolado, sendo muito tranquilo, mas não há facilidade para compras, então o ideal é comprar tudo com antecedência. O acesso à cachoeira é fácil, o que possibilita um ótimo contato com a natureza. Acomoda bem 11 pessoas. A limpeza do imóvel deixou bastante a desejar. Tinha muitas teias de aranha pela casa toda. Como o local é envolto por muita mata, também tivemos questões com aranhas, que podem ser resolvidas com telas nas portas e janelas. No geral o local vale muito a pena, mas há necessidade de melhorias para uma estadia mais tranquila e confortável.

IMOVEL SUJO, NAO TINHA UTENSILIOS DOMESTICO, FOGAO RUIM, CHURRASQUEIRA PEQUENA, CAMA JUNTO COM A CHURRASQUEIRA, QUARTO APERTADO A MINHA MAE BATEU A PERNA EM UMA DAS CAMAS DEVIDO SER MUITA JUNTAS E ESTOUROU UM VASO O QUAL SANGROU MUITO QUASE PRECISAMOS IR AO PRONTO SOCORRO, DEVIDO O GRANDE SANGRAMENTO. NAO TINHA COMODIDA ADEQUADA PARA AS 15 PESSOAS CONFORME O ANUNCIO DO SITE. JAMAIS VOLTAREI.

Muito bonito o sítio, boa estrutura, acesso fácil, com muito espaço e muita natureza. Porém o ponto negativo foi a limpeza das dependências, como quartos e banheiros, além da churrasqueira mal localizada, longe da área de convivência. A proprietária muito atenciosa e o caseiro bem presente no sítio, área externa bem cuidada. Gostamos da estadia
