The house comfortably sleeps 10 and is located on a very quiet street with neighbors residing on site, surrounded by nature and tranquility. All furnished and airy. With a privileged view to the Serra do Mar mountain range. It is a wonderful place, close to everything and with excellent infrastructure on the coast of São Sebastião.

The nature is beautiful, it wakes up with the singing of the birds. Hummingbirds, Parrots, Sabiás, Quero-Quero. In the morning, hummingbirds drink sweet water in the water fountain inside the house.
At the end of the street, you have access to the Brava Beach Trail. Also near the waterfall of Boiçucanga !!

In addition to having the most beautiful sunset on the north coast, the most beautiful waterfalls and nature around you, the region offers a complete infrastructure such as shopping malls, supermarkets, renowned restaurants, pharmacies, various general-purpose shops, and Emergency Room.

The house is 500m from Marina Vitória where it is possible to rent and carry out boat trips, jet-skiing.

Eu e minha familia tivemos um ótimo fim de semana na casa do Ramiro. A casa fica perto de tudo e a vista da piscina para o serra do mar é muito bonita. Ficamos satisfeitos com o imóvel e pretendemos voltar até o fim do ano. Abraços.
