Brittas Bay Park is a prestigious gated development of 50 luxury detached holiday houses in the heart of Co Wicklow, also known as 'the Garden of Ireland'. It is very accessible, located approximately 2 km off the main Dublin - Wexford road (N-11) and it is approximately one hour from Dublin port, 45 minutes from Dun Laoghaire, and 90 minutes from Rosslare Euro port.The house has four bedrooms – two double (en-suite) and 2 twin rooms (sleeps 8) and 2 bathrooms. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with dish washer and microwave, washing machine and dryer. The house has multi-channel TV. There are electric heaters in each room and a central wood burning stove. The garden of this house is private and fully enclosed which makes it ideal for smaller children and there is extensive sun decking around the house to catch the sun at all times of the day. There are three on site tennis courts, a games room, a children's football pitch. Please note from may to September changeover dates are every Saturday . You can only book from a Saturday to a Saturday

There are three on site tennis courts, a games room, a children's football field, a full time caretaker and electronic entrance gates. Brittas Bay Park itself is a five minute walk from Brittas Bay Beach - a fantastic 5 km. stretch of sand dunes and beaches, which has won a European Union Blue Flag award for five consecutive years. Brittas Bay is less than 1 hour's drive from Dublin. As a result many use it as the perfect base to tour the whole of the Sunny South East of Ireland. There are plenty of places to walk around and see such as Wicklow Head, Avondale House and Gardens, historic Glendalough, the Wicklow Mountains, Powerscourt House and Gardens, Mount Usher Gardens and Wicklow Historic Gaol The house is also perfectly positioned within easy reach of many of Ireland's most popular golf courses including The European Club (2 km), Druids Glen (15km), Woodenbridge (8 km), Wicklow Golf Club (7km) and Blainroe Golf Club (5km) Nearby are a few horse riding centres which offer lessons

Had such a wonderful week at Lazy Daze

We had such a great week from start to finish! The house was perfect for our needs and it was literally a like a home from home. We were made to feel welcome from the outset with a card and gift to wish us a happy holiday it could only be good from there on!

We had family join us from England and they were bowled over too when they saw their surroundings for the week. The house is so well equipped we didn’t want for anything. It was comfortable cosy and bright. We felt very safe and secure being a gated development. Very handy for getting out and about. In fact there’s so much to explore we’ll make sure to return one day.

The house location is perfect for Brittas Bay. The site is lovely, quiet and safe. The attention to detail inside the house is excellent, lovely decor and very clean. Everything is good quality and everything you could possibly need is provided. Great quality furniture, cookware, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, Sky tv.etc. Soap, toilet rolls, cleaning products etc provided. Lovely deck and fully enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. (No way out !)

Lovely property in a lovely area!

Was very impressed with the property! On arrival we were welcomed with a card and bottle of wine from Clodagh. Those little touches mean a lot! House was clean, comfortable and had a nice homely feel. The toy chest we found upstairs came in very handy especially as we had to batten down the hatches for one day due to the hurricane! We had the wood burner going every evening. Produced a lovely cost heat. Highly recommend this property!

Such a lovely get away. The house is so pretty and all rooms are a good size. Fully equipt for all we could need.

Beautiful large enclosed garden - perfect for BBQ. And just a short walk to such a beautiful beach. We had a ball! Look forward to returning.

Fantastic property close to beach.

A perfect spot for our holiday, close to beach and lots of space to play, everyone from grandad to our young dog had a great time. The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked and the garden was a wonderful space to hang out. Thank you we will be back.

Super Property for our Family

We really loved the property. We have two small children and the house was perfect for us all, separate rooms for the two little ones, so peace and quiet for the parents.

The house is ideally located just off the motorway between Arklow and Wicklow, this means there is plenty to do in the area, not to mention it is only a short walk to the beach.

Everything you could possibly need can be found in the property and it even has a BBQ and Patio Heater for those long summer days. You can also find a football pitch, volleyball court and tennis courts on the site.

We look forward to going back again and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

There is so much to do around Brittas Bay. Glendalough is a beautiful lake resort with wondeful scenery and walks. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Arklow Town is 10 mins by car and hosts a full range of amentities shopping centres and cinema etc. Wicklow town is 10 mins away and has great restaurants, a leisure plex for kids and a pool. The real charm of Brittas however is that it is only 45 minutes by car to Dublin City where there are a host of museums,and a vast array of tourist attractions. The discerning tourist can combine a city break with a coastal one by basing themsleves in this lovely irish cottage.
