Enhanced cleaning after each stay!

Relax in this impressive custom 5000 sq.ft. newly furnished lakefront home on a large wooded lot with over 150 feet of shoreline. Four spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 12 and 4 full baths and 2 half baths with towels provided. Entertainment is made easy with the massive screen porch with dining table for 12 and large sectional seating area.

Gourmet fully stocked kitchen features gas cook-top, stainless appliances and eat in bar for 6 and breakfast table for 8. Formal dining room seats 10 guests and is easy access to kitchen.

Covered pool that can be heated year round with long range views of the lake. Boat dock for your boat tie-up and jet ski tie-ups. Outdoor fire pit for entertaining. Rental boats & jet skis can be rented at local marinas. (Owners boat remains under covered dock. Owner may use their boat during your stay and would pass through the backyard for access.)We have provided kayaks and paddle boards for our guests. Professionally decorated home with linens and cleaning service provided. Master bedroom on main as well as second bedroom. Theater room & bar area on lower level with 2 additional bedrooms and playroom.

Thanksgiving and 70th bday celebration

After searching for a long time for a house that would suit all of our needs we finally found the Retreat! We love the layout of the house as the parents and grandparents stayed on the upper level and all of the children were on the lower level. The kitchen was fabulous, there were plenty of bathrooms, and the outside space was nothing short of spectacular! The use of paddleboards and kayaks was wonderful and the kids loved the heated indoor pool! In addition after renting a portable ramp from Mobility Plus Lake Norman, the house was very accessible for my husband who is confined to a wheelchair.

Retirement surprise

This was everything and more than we expected. Plenty of room to spread out and wow what a large kitchen. The island was huge and accomodated many cooks. We especially enjoyed the pool which was covered from the sun. No worries about sunscreen. My husband had a wonderful beginning to retirement. You won’t find a better property than this.

Better than expected

We have been doing beach vacations for years and decided to change it up for a lake trip and we were all so glad we did after the experience we had. The pictures do not do the property justice, everything was clean and well taken care of and Gail was such a great host from booking to checking in. Thank you for everything!

Living Easy on LKN

The Retreat was everything we expected and more. It was the perfect spot for enjoying time with friends and family. Dog friendly was a huge plus. It is a great entertainment spot.

Lake Norman Trip

We were all impressed with our stay and all the amenities. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and none of us felt cramped. Everything was great. It was a great break from our busy work schedules.
