The second level of the home offers a bedroom with queen bed and twin size roll away bed, a bedroom with king bed, and an additional sleeping area with 2 twin beds and a half bath. Outside you will find a Juliet balcony as well as an ample size deck equipped with a propane grill and a good size sized fire pit that's just begging to have s’mores roasted over it! 5 beautiful beaches are only minutes away and Silver Lake is only a few miles down the road! The local mountains like King Pine, Cranmore and Attitash are about 15 – 25 minutes from this great house!

AVAILABLE: Weekend and weekly rentals during the spring, summer, fall and winter.
