Front Seat In Paradise
Cannot imagine a better value in all respects; location, cleanliness, and quality. Jan was a remarkable hostess who established excellent communication with us from the day we reserved until our departure. Her longtime tenure and resultant recommendations led us to the best of the South Shore experiences. The views and sound of the ocean together with the awesome sunrises and sunsets will be a lasting memory to treasure. Our appreciation to the owners for sharing their home and a special Mahalo to Jan.
One of the reasons I love my job is meeting people like the couple who just commented on Beachfront 522. They were both such genuine, lovely people. They noticed and appreciated everything from my 20 pages of local info to the flowers on the table and the spotless , gorgeous setting and complementary parking. They loved Sitting on the Lanai watching the beach activity 50 yards away and frequent gorgeous sunrises ( also from inside kitchen, dining room , living room and master bedroom) is so uplifting. The Grand Hyatt next door is another lovely place to walk in addition to our Poipu Kai Green Belt which runs from Shipwreck to Poipu Beach. plus a 1.7 mile Hike to Mahalulepu Beach and Cave is going east from the beach. One of the best properties we have stayed at in recent years. We highly recommend this beach front condo with exceptional views of the ocean and sunrise; right next to Grand Hyatt. This condo is fully updated and very clean with lots of extra amenities. Jan (property manager) is a delight to talk to, very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the anything & all in Kauai. A true 5 star!
Perfect location with beautiful ocean view!
2nd Floor ocean view unit was perfect for watching the sunrise in Paradise! Well appointed and equipped 2 bed/2 br had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. Location is great. Close to Shipwreck and Poipu beach and walking trails. Bonus to be right next to the beautiful Grand Hyatt! Jan was most helpful and had great island recommendations !
Would love to stay here again! Mahalo
Great well managed unit
This is a fine well appointed unit in a great location. The added bonus is Jan, who we found to be very thoughtful, kind, and professional property manager. She really cares that you are happy with your selection and works very hard to make sure you have everything you need.
These people were just absolutely wonderful guests. They appreciated my 20 pages of info before they came and this exceptional Kondo. They left it the best ever as they knew it was a back to back. That gave me time to get the windows and screens done again plus some extra deep cleaning accomplished. It was a delight to correspond and meet with them. Jan
Location, Location, Location
This condo could not have been more conveniently located—- right next to the Grand Hyatt and within easy driving distance to attractions and shopping. The property manager was easy to contact but we never had a need to ask for her assistance. We gave a four star rating for cleanliness only because this unit had more carpeting than other units we have rented and that made things a little dusty. Would we stay in this unit again? Resoundingly YES!
These guests were very nice people and excited and texted very pleased with the condo.
I had all carpet and ulpostry cleaned professionally the day before arrival. What they are referring to is the surfaces - granite counters and end tables which get a film on them from doors and Windows open with a great ocean breeze many days.
Paradise in paradise
The condo was exactly, if not better, than the photos and descriptions made it out to be! The kitchen was well-designed and filled with everything we needed to bake, cook, grill, and generally feed our gang. The living room/dining room and lanai are spacious, and the bedrooms are beautifully appointed with great bathrooms. But the views! The views of Shipwreck's Beach with morning sunsets and cool evening sunset light make this an unbelievable place to stay!
We decided to celebrate the season and our family Christmas with a private HULA lesson! So much fun was had by all! Our instructor and new friend, Leslie, was warm, fun, positive and a beautiful dancer to follow and learn from! She even inspired us with Hawaiian proverbs along with the Mele Kalikimaka dance moves.
Every moment of our stay was perfect. The quick walk to the beach, the Anara Spa at the Hyatt Grand, and the nearby pools and tennis courts really made this a wonderful place to rest and enjoy the Aloha spirit of Poipu.
We can't wait to return!
These guests were just wonderful people! We communicated easily and felt a warm and natural friendship. . They were very respectful & responsible in caring for this lovely kondo. I set up a hula lesson & cultural private evening for them with a friend. She is a lovely dancer and long term local expert in Hawaiian Culture.. It was an added couple hours of great fun at the condo and very uplifting for all. They said they are already thinking about the next trip.
