This unique property, located at 839 Woodside Avenue, is a lovingly restored Miner’s home. Located just two blocks from Main Street's restaurants, shopping and nightlife, you can leave the car at the house.

In the summer, ride your bike to nearby trails or take a ride on the Town Lift. In the winter, you are only 100 yards from the Town Ski Bridge, where you can ski or board right down to the Town Lift.

This two bedroom, one bath home has been completely refurbished with all the modern conveniences, while retaining many of the original doors, glass, and hardware. There is a double bed in one bedroom, a queen in the other, and a twin in the loft. You will love the clawfoot tub, fully stocked kitchen and the large, private hot tub out back.

From the time that you send your inquiry to the time you say goodbye to Park City, you will be assisted by a Park City local that can help you out with all the details.

Sweet and homey rental very close to Main St, Park City

We just spent 4 delightful nights in Kelly's Place at Park City. Located in an older and quiet neighborhood just moments from the "town lift" and all of lower Main street, it could not have been a nicer environment in which to live for this visit.

The historically significant home has been updated and redone to reflect it's period of origin while providing for all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is beautifully equipped for food preparation (we did not use it for more than coffee- making) and we were grateful for the thoughtful basket of goodies left for us by the hosts. A washer-dryer is conveniently located for those who stay a bit longer than we did. The WiFi was fast and reliable (I work from wherever I may be and this is a must for me).

The entire stay could not have been nicer. We slept well with a comfortable bed in a quiet bedroom, and parking in the driveway was adequate.

The rental agent, Tim, was very responsive and courteous. He was a pleasure to work with in arranging this lovely little home.

Highly recommended for a couple or for a family of 4. Perfect location for summer or winter activities and we hope to return to stay here again in the future.

Very nice house, cosy a and welcoming. Great location

The house did not disappoint us, it was very nicely done, all was working well except maybe a couple of lampshades, it has all the necessary in the kitchen, nice towels for the bathroom and bed linen was of good quality. The location is great for the old town and town chairlift. The street is superbly quiet. What would be good to have is more information on where to get food supplies, as it wasn’t easy especially when you don’t have a car but don’t want delivery. Didn’t use the outside jacuzzi and more info on how to use it would be also helpful. It’s a great place for about 4 people max as there is only one bathroom / toilet. The maintenance team respond very quickly and well too which is great to know. We were however very happy with our stay and I can only warmly recommend this house.

Great time at Kelly’s Place

Fantastic location right near the town and town lift (very easy walking with equipment on even for those that hate walking in ski boots); House was cute, unique and really livable (you can tell they took time to get all the little details right for the renter and we really appreciated it!!!) I would stay again in a heartbeat, thank you !

Super location.

My husband and I and our 2 daughters spent 4 nights in this historic miners home. Loved being so close to Main St. Park City! Cannot beat the proximity to the Town Chairlift - took about 2 minutes to walk to and then viola, headed up the slopes. Picturesque quiet neighborhood - so charming! Hot tub out back was nice after long days of skiing/snowboarding. Washer and dryer and supplied laundry detergent were very nice to have. Fully stocked kitchen for the minimal cooking we did as we ate out mostly. My only beef was the bed was too soft for my liking; that's just personal preference not really a complaint. Tim responded quickly to all communications. Whole family loved it. Thanks!

This charming miner's cottage was perfect for our stay in Park City!

The house is close to everything! Very clean and well appointed. The Bathroom very nice and extra sink very nice to have. It had lots of closet space. The loft was great and we were able to all have our own space. The heat works instantly and the fireplace made it nice also. Tim gave us lots of info before the trip and left us goodies to snack on during our stay. Highly recommend this rental!!!
