Our villa is an ideal place to enjoy holiday in our place, which is perfect for two families or big company - who want to share their vacation, but have, if they want, private space to cook or watch different TV programs. Our villa is holiday house in Central Istria with 2 fully equipped apartments and a private pool. It can accommodate up to 10 persons. It is ideal for two to three families with children or a group of friends, anniversary trips, family reunions, retreats.

Only 20 km from the coast, Muntrilj, due to its central location is an excellent starting point to explore Istria. Villa has two apartments which are connected with outside stairs. Most of the times our guests are two families or extended family. They enjoy their time together, but their privacy as well. Every part of the villa has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and family bathroom. House was completely renovated a few years ago to the highest standards with reclaimed istrian stone. The villa combines a peaceful and communal setting together with easy access to major attractions and amenities. Swimming pool is in the big garden where you can enjoy your holiday and relax on a terrace. For those who love to prepare their own food the stone barbecue/grill (for common use) is the ideal place where you can self cater your own delicacies while spending pleasant evenings with your loved ones. Villa has a private driveway with remote controlled gate.There is also free parking for three cars (plus garage). You can have long walks in the village and explore nature and vineyards. In twenty minutes you can drive to beautiful touristic towns in Istria and beaches in Porec, Umag, Rovinj and Motovun.
