This home boasts an open design with vaulted cedar ceilings in the great room area. Open concept with dining area and kitchen. – the brand new fridge. There is a deck off the kitchen with a brand new BBQ. On the lower level, there is a third deck so lots of light and views. The great room features a gas fireplace. Above the great room in the loft area is a brand new pull out couch and a flat-screen T.V. The lower level has another gas fireplace 3 brand new cozy couches. There are three living areas for your family or group to spread out. There is a double garage that is great for storage – especially in the summer for bikes and summer toys.

Sunset Peak has 3 parking spots for vehicles – 2 in the garage and one outside.

There is a heated wax room with the home. Additionally, you have your own washer/dryer, making this a very comfortable home away from home.

Hot Tub: The private hot tub is open during both the winter and summer seasons and closed during the shoulder seasons.

Sunset Peak is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Pet-Friendly $30.00 per day/per pet plus taxes.

Please Note: Minimum of three nights required on July and B. C. Family day long weekends and five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.

“WOW - we stayed here for only a few nights with the family and it was absolutely great. Because we were sightseeing and not staying each day on the mountain I was dubious about being 30 minutes out of town (we are from the UK and 30 minutes’ drive is a distance for us) but it was GREAT. The drive up and down the mountain each day was breathtaking every time as the views are incredible. The house itself is magnificent. We had an 18-month-old and 4-year-old and the kid's room was brilliant. There were toys (not expected but a great addition) and so much space for everyone. My parents stayed on the bottom floor which has it’s own living room area and so when we got up with the kids they were not really disturbed. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a shame we could not utilize the BBQ and decking (time permitting). Children catered for with their own playroom stocked with toys plus a high chair and plates and cutlery. Laundry room and well-stocked kitchen make this house very suitable for self-catering. Ski-in and out from the back door to the skiway which leads directly into the village. Walk along the skiway 3 minutes into the village or catch the free shuttle bus to the front door.
