The Villa at Kastelli Bay is one of the very few vacation rentals in Kalymnos that is on the water. You are just steps away from a thatch shaded platform, right on the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. The property is a pleasant retreat in Kalymnos, away from the crowd but conveniently located just 1 mile from the popular town of Massouri where you will enjoy restaurants and tavernas, cafes, bars, shopping and a public beach. The residence can accommodate a total of 8 persons.

The Villa at Kastelli Bay is 260 m2 and is comprised of the main villa and an attached studio and offers all the comforts of home. The villa's main rental unit has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The independent, attached studio is on the upper floor and has its own entrance, a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and en suite bathroom and can accommodate an additional 2 persons.

The interior is fully furnished and decorated in a relaxed and elegant simplicity, providing you with every comfort you will need, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms, comfortable seating, screened windows, free wifi and much more. The main kitchen and kitchenette are well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals.

The outdoor area provides ample open and pergola shaded terraces for relaxing and dining, an outdoor grill and sink, outdoor shower, a private pool, and access to the Aegean Sea, ensuring you a carefree and relaxing vacation. You can enjoy your meals around the dining table on the main veranda, or on the terrace by the pool, while enjoying views of the Aegean Sea, Telendos Island and a 7th century fort. The spacious terraces are a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, sunbathing, a tasty meal or a refreshing drink as you enjoy a beautiful sunset.

The property's private pool was built on the main floor and is surrounded by colorful bougainvillea flowers and a spacious terrace. Sunbeds and shaded sitting areas are scattered all around the terrace and pool area.

Heavenly place with the most amazing views.

We had a blissful stay at the villa, the sunset views are amongst the best we’ve ever experienced. The welcome from Irene and Mikes was wonderful, we feel like we’ve made real friends. The village of Masouri has plenty of great restaurants, bars mini markets etc and Telendos is well worth the short boat ride. Enjoy a wonderful cocktail at The Drop in Telendos harbour. We will be back. Thank you for an amazing week.

A gorgeous villa in an exceptional location

It's hard to fault the villa. Plenty of room, modern decor, air con, great pool and additional facilities. A lovely surprise to have a basketball court for the children to play in. We were two families (9 people) There are seperate patios and eating areas, so everyone has space when required. The location is so stunning, it can't be captured in a photograph. Sunsets, shooting stars and turquoise water. 10 mins walk to a hotel which serves good child friendly meals, with a small shop next door for essentials. A peaceful location with the sound of waves and goat bells only. Absolutely bliss. We will definitely return.

Classic Aegean Sea Villa

Beautiful, quite, private, comfortable, with great restaurants nearby, fun hikes, and world class rock climbing within minutes. Our local contact Mike's was very helpful and enjoyable. The locals were happy and helpful everywhere we went. We look forward to our next visit!

Three words, location, location, location. You've got the Aegean Sea at your feet, and the dramatic mountain scene as your backdrop. You sleep and wake up to the sound of waves and faint bells from the goats roaming the mountain. You can choose seclusion if you wish, or drive two minutes to a vibrant town.

What makes this property unique

I love how it's so peaceful and serene; all you hear is waves from the sea and the faint sound of bells from the goats roaming the mountains. Yet, it is just 1 mile away from Masouri, a town that's vibrant and full of taverns, cafes, bars, public beaches, shops, supermarkets, mini markets and more. When I want to be part of the action, I can get there in less than 5 minutes, yet at the home, I can have privacy, serenity and pure natural beauty.
