Seaduction Vacation Rental in Perdido Key, Florida is situated on the bay directly across the street from the beach, newly remodeled as of November 17’. The upscale single story 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beach house is a pet friendly location that will sleep up to 8 guests (2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa) this rental comes fully furnished with: linens, towels, soap, detergent, toilet paper, & paper towels. There is not a daily cleaning service. Ceramic tile floors through out most. Premium mattresses. The Interior is exceptionally decorated with a modern beach style theme, resembling scenes from coastal magazine.

Outside Living:
The spacious deck and dock include power and water, our beach house is located on the intracoastal waterways in the Perdido Key Coves subdivision which is completely surrounded by undeveloped state parks also known as Perdido Key State Park, connected to beautiful canals and just yards from the boardwalk to the never crowded white beaches of the Gulf. This beach home has one of the largest outdoor living area's complete with a 90’ dock making it the largest in the neighborhood. This is a Boaters delight with plenty of boat parking with several tie up cleats, The dock includes dry parking for 1 Jetski allowing for quick access to the sand bars or breakfast, lunch, and dinner at: Tacky Jacks, FloraBama Yacht Club, Ole River Bar & Grill, Lulu's, & Pirates Cove just to name a few. Water taxi's are also available and will pick up passengers directly from the dock for lunch or dinner. The deck is complete with custom furniture, plenty of seating around the large umbrella covered table, & Park style charcoal grill. The boardwalk leads to the dock which is equipped with a ladder for swimming, and a shower head has been installed to rinse off. Head over to the dock bar side to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset, multi-colored piling stools are counter sunk into the sand. At dusk the pair of underwater lights will automatically turn on, view schools of fish and under water creatures all night long, or fish the lights and grill out, the grill is located adjacent to the deck. Exotic backyard & front yard landscaping are well lit with solar lighting.

Cancellation Policy:
If the guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he or she will be refunded as follows: 50% of the grand total if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date. 75% of the grand total if cancelled greater than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date. If there is a tropical storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or a “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning”, area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guests stay; Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and any requests to shorten the stay, or to check in after the “Hurricane Warning” is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period. Full refunds less the cleaning fee portion will be returned. Check in time is 3:00Pm, Check out time is 10:00Am.
