O apartamento não tem estacionamento. O proprietário do imóvel cobrou R$ 20,00 para estacionarmos o nosso carro no estacionamento de um shopping center próximo ao prédio. Não fomos informados que o estacionamento fecha as 22h e só reabre no outro dia as 10 da manhã. Portanto, caso precisasemos utilizar o carro para alguma emergência, ou para pegar algum objeto, não seria possível. Utilizamos a louça do imóvel. Mas não havia nenhuma gota de detergente ou de sabão para lavarmos a louça. Também havia apenas um rolo de papel higiênico. Cheiro de mofo muito forte em todo o imóvel.
