Perfect place to put your feet up and relax. One of four units in the condo gives your getaway a private feeling where you don't share the heated pool with many others, on a dead end road. It's the only unit overlooking the pool from the master bedroom. You'll be just one block from the beach making it tempting to go multiple times a day! The clean, modern decor makes it a great place for both short and long term visitors and we welcome both. Just a nature trail away from a grocery store.

Holmes Beach Condo

Great location. Easy walk to Manatee Beach, trolley stops, Publix, CVS, and a few restaurants and shopping. Clean but could use a few minor repairs. Comfortable beds. Nice heated pool. Laundry room was OK. All-in-all, we very much enjoyed our month long stay!!

GREAT LOCATION, Area has everything you need!!

We came from California & New York to relax, and left relaxed ,it’s August so it’s HOT anywhere in the US,it was VERY VERY CLEAN , having cold air conditioning to sleep well at night was GREAT , 2 couples enjoyed having 2bedrooms &2 bathrooms 2 queenbeds ,we loved how close to the BEAUTIFUL beach we were if you forgot something it was very quick to run back or to use your own clean bathroom. having beach chairs, umbrella ,towels COOLER w/wheels & pop-up shade was great , & your own shaded parking spot, ENJOY THOSE AMAZING SUNSETS AT THE BEACH. And you don’t have to pay to swim with Dolphins🐬Awesome!!You can walk to everything you need. Most restaurants close early 8pm. Which we missed because you’re out watching the sunsets . Bring your own seasoning if you’re cooking. Place has everything you need to cook with, great refrigerator, ice maker. There’s a hose & outdoor shower to wash your sandy feet before coming up. Beds comfortable. Reclining sofa great for end of day. Publix (get the app)is right there 3-5 minutes WALK , sandwiches & soups , pool noodles a must ,many restaurants, donuts coffee , in same shopping area. Walmart &Aldis in town. FishΧps at the beach restaurant was big enough to share, I’d say the best thing we ate. Ugly Grouper was very good too. We Didn’t like Skinny’s hamburgers , even tho it’s always packed but $1.50 happy hour 3-5 beer my husband & Son enjoyed . Visit Longboat Whitneys , fun for Brunch & baby turtles 🐢 on the beach, Siesta keys is a short drive also. I would definitely recommend staying here. My DIL&son enjoyed the pool, but the beach is where it’s at. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place.

This unit has everything you need. The closet is filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and much more. It is one block to the beach and a short walking path through a park to Publix, CVS, and other stores and restaurants. . The heated pool shared by only 4 units is also a plus.

Good location

Having beach chairs available and beach towels was great. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Some of the things in unit could stand to be repaired. Showers need a little maintenance. The shower door handles are loose and some of the tiles are coming off in the showers. I assume from overuse. Also in the guest bedroom the dresser drawers are not very secure. Again, just constant use I assume. Minor details. Overall we enjoyed the proximity and use of the unit.

Great Location

Thanks for the great hospitality. The owners were great at communicating with us and we did meet on our last day. The condo was close to the beach. Publix and other stores and Skinny's - we were able do walk to all. The pool was kept very clean and offered a nice change when windy on the beach. There were extra beach chairs and umbrellas and other beach stuff. Perfect location. Thank you again!!
