Beautiful condo just had a few problems

The condo is very nice but we had a few problems we keep smelling something in the pantry and we found a dead bird wrapped in a paper towel I sent pictures to the owner but never heard back from her I think someone put it there not sure if it was the cleaning people or one if the workers but it was gross I know she had had some workers in there When we got ready to wash a load of towels we were not told that the washer was new and wasn’t working and would not spin so we had to ring all the towels out by hand I call the owner and someone answered her phone and said they forgot to tell us about the washer but that Lowe’s was due out between 11 and 2 to fix it but no one showed up The next day still no one to fix the washer and we needed to use it and couldn’t so we decided to leave on Thursday and go home we were supposed to stay until Saturday but didn’t want to ring out towels by hand I’m sure the owner wasn’t aware of all the things I mentioned because we have stayed in some of her other units and never had a problem but I wanted her to know so she wouldn’t have problems like this again

Lovely Condo in Great Location

We’ve stayed at Riverstone Condos many times over the years, and this was the best one we’ve had. It has 2 bedrooms and baths, a roomy kitchen, and plenty of seating in the den. We don’t cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked and had lots of storage space. The deck looks out over the river and the ducks and geese are constant entertainment. There is a view of some mountains, which I love. It’s an end unit so there are lots of windows. The owners are easy and prompt to communicate with. My husband and I said it’s really enough space for us, we should just sell our house and buy something like it.

Perfect

We were in Pigeon Forge for a gymnastics meet. The condo was really perfect for us. We had so much space for everyone to get ready. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment to make anything you need. It was very clean and beautiful. We also loved the location, it was close to Laconte Center and all the activities gymnastics did as a team, and it was close to the national park and the beautiful mountains. The pool area was so nice and the kids spent a lot of time on the jump pad. Thank you! We would love to stay again!
