A perfect stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home for our Florida vacation. The house is clean and ready for fun. Some things could be updated but we aren't a fancy bunch- we like anything that is clean and comfortable- and this was for sure!

Location is good but property less than average.

Run down overall and very dated. Rented for the pool and it was not serviced/filled prior to check in so although we paid to heat the pool it never heated up. Have reached out a number of times to property manager but getting no response. Waited to submit review to give them a chance to refund us for the heat but it’s been 3 days with no response. Think twice about renting unless you have no other options of which there are many better on VRBO as we have rented a number of times in area.

A Very Nice House

Initially we wern't impressed, painfully slow water drain in second bathroom, coupled with no internet access and no television reception. However, once these problems had been reported to the management company (Scandi) they wasted no time in correcting these issues, they even supplied a re-cycling bin after we pointed out it's absence (TV & Internet took an extra day due to requiring a visit from 'Spectrum'...the cable company). Once everything was in order the house began to show it's full potential, it's locality is near perfect, peaceful and very well maintained with close proximity to excellent supermarkets and 'fast food'. The owner has updated the guest book on each of his visits and this proves an informative read. I would not hesitate in recommending this property with the caveat that, if you do discover something amiss, do report it so that the management company can rectify it before the next renter arrives.

Loved the pool!

We stayed over Christmas and the new year. We had an issue when we arrived and the management company were very responsive and fixed it within the hour. Thank you! We stayed with our small children and we all loved the pool. The house is outdated in its furniture, decor, window treatments and appliances compared to other houses we have stayed with in the area. The kitchen had what we needed mostly. Some baking trays for pizza would be a good idea. The blinds in the master room need to be replaced. They are missing parts and do not cover the windows. Thank you for letting us stay.

Quiet getaway

The home was located in a very quiet neighborhood. The wooded area directly behind the home was very pleasant to look at. Home was very clean and had everything one needed for a wonderful stay. From the home it was only a short drive to many interesting places to visit and see. We enjoyed our stay very much and can't wait to stay there again.
