Welcome to our absolutely fabulous large 4 bedroom - 2 bathroom vacation villa in Kissimmee, Florida

Start your Florida vacation in Kissimmee and the possibilities are endless. We are just south of Orlando putting you right in the middle of all the attractions and activities that turn family vacations into non-stop fun with lasting memories, enjoy the luxury of your very own private pool, fully equipped home with all modern comforts and accessories plus free high speed internet access and PC use.

The villa is conveniently situated just a short drive away from Disney World and all the other major theme parks in the Orlando area of Florida. What’s more, we are less than 2 miles from the exciting “Highway 192? and a little further “International Drive” where you’ll find all the shopping and restaurants you will ever need on your dream holiday in the ‘Sunshine State’ of America.

Our family villa sleeps 8 people and is furnished and equipped to a high standard, situated in a quiet residential area yet only minutes to all area attractions.

We are pleased to welcome guests who will treat our villa with the care and respect they would afford their own home.

Due to health and safety reasons, and the consideration of other guests, please note this is a non smoking villa and pets are not allowed.

The villa is fully licensed and meets all safety regulations.

Pool heat is extra. Pool/spa heat is an extra $35 per night and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival.

Lovely and local

The villa was lovely. The pool was a nice size, and we were very close to local shops and theme parks. We had a couple of issues which were eventually resolved. Overall a really nice villa.

Good location close to Disney

Having stayed in a few different areas around Disney, it was nice to have somewhere that was really close - it makes a huge difference to only be 15 minutes away at the end of a busy day. The house had everything we wanted and is very well equipped - all the little things like lots of crockery and cutlery etc. Only slight disappointment was the size of the pool, which although being perfectly adequate, the photos possibly made it look bigger than it actually is (why can’t properties list the actual dimensions). We had a couple of small issues with the house during the time we were there (ice maker on fridge not working, blocked garbage disposal), but these were dealt with brilliantly by the management company, rectified the same day on both occasions….excellent service. Would happily stay again next time.

Lovely stay in a great location

We loved our stay in this property. It was a really high standard, very clean and the best location for Disney. Also very spacious with a great size pool. Although Indian Ridge is an older community than Windsor Hills, the properties are more spacious and have bigger pools so I prefer it here. This villa had great size rooms and a lovely kitchen. The community feels quiet and very safe. I would definitely stay again.
