Villa sunset is located on the outskirts of the town which is quiet and peaceful just only 5 minutes drive to all amenities, including rocky and sandy beaches in St.Thomas Bay, groceries, shops, markets, restaurants, internet cafes, cinema, gym, churches, wine bars, the St. Thomas fortress and spectacular scenery of the sea and the promenade all lit by night.

The Villa can take up to 15 persons and offers a warm and welcoming living area with a spacious modern layout of a bright airy kitchen overlooking pool area. Air conditioned rooms, cable TV /wifi also installed.

Superb villa with lots of space. Kept to a very high standard and very comfortable. Nice size bedrooms and kitchen and excellent bathroom facilities.

View from rooftop very nice at night. Great base for exploring the island. Davis and Jane could not have been more helpfull in arranging airport transfers and island tours.

Great location

Large spacious villa in a nice quiet residential area. Large roof terrace and perfect sized pool. Within walking distance to St Thomas rocky beach and local supermarkets. Buses are very regular and again walking distance to bus stop.

A serious company, a beautiful villa

From the first moment David was very kind with us by mail and, on the spot, he did not disappoint our expectations. The villa where we stayed is really nice and I would recommend it to everyone. We booked this apartment without warranty of external sites (see AirBnb or HomeAway) and initially we were afraid of having risked, but I have to rewrite it and I want to suggest everyone to deal with this company. Thank you!!!

Sehr schöne, ruhige Villa.

Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Meeresnähe in Marsascala. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und ideal für einen Urlaub mit der Großfamilie oder Freunden. Wir waren nur mit Personen in der Villa und hatten einen fantastischen Preis in der Vorsaison. Der Pool war befüllt und gepflegt, aber im März doch noch zu kalt für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der Entertainment-Bereich im Keller ist toll für Kinder. Jane und David waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert. Es lief alles sehr gut und unkompliziert ab. Wir würden die Villa weiterempfehlen.

Perfect fit for education event

From 17th to 22nd September 2016, GILE Experts held an education event in Vila Sunset. Marketing and innovation experts from such countries as the UK, Lithuania, Canada, Germany, and France, enjoyed the villa with modern rooms, comfortable conference space, gym, pool, roof-terrace, and spacious kitchen, where it was particularly pleasant to communicate, share knowledge and brainstorm in a warm home reminding environment. Beautiful beaches, grocery shops, and restaurants are in 3-10 minutes walking distance from the villa. Marsaskala is one of the coziest Maltese cities in the South with a rather dynamic nightlife, fisherman village character, which makes it attractive among tourists and corporate clients. David and Jane are particularly friendly and efficient, which makes our stay memorable and pleasant. I definitely recommend Villa Sunset for a group stay, event or family/friends party.

Perfect for bachelor party

We celebrated the bachelor party in Malta and this villa was just perfect for us. We were 13 people and all of us had our own bed. The game room and pool perfectly filled free time. The property was very clean and tidy. The sea is just 5 minutes walk from the villa and promenade (bars & restaurants) 10 min walk.

The owners of the villas were very helpful and kind.

I recommend this property for everyone who are looking for a villa for a lot of people and do not want to overpay.

A popular family resort, Marsascala is a traditional fishing village with a picturesque coastline of rock coves and a sandy beaches at St.Thomas Bay. There are local on-site facilites near beaches. You'll find an array of watersports on offer which are a must -do activites including diving, windsurfing, wakeboarding and waterskiing and a selection of waterfront eateries and beach bars. The small Harbour and port lined with fine choice of restaurants serving local and international cuisine is full with multicoloured fishing vessels. In Marsascala Bay you'll find a good choice of cafes, bars and nightlife alongside shops and supermarkets. Good fish restaurants and Maltese cuisine are found nearby. Public transport is regular and frequent buses to Valletta. Five minutes walk away from the Bus Stop from property.
