Wonderful stay! A real gem.

This is a wonderful property that exceeds its online profile. While it was just the two of us, this lovely and comfortable house is well equipped, and could easily accommodate two families. The oceanfront on Spry Point is fabulous and the quiet beach is right there at the edge of the property. The location is great for venturing out anywhere on the eastern side of PEI. Spectacular Greenwich National Park, a must see, is only 35 minutes away. Our hosts, Robin and Dave were extremely easy to work with and and promptly answered all of our questions.

Beautiful Beach Home

This is a beautiful beach front home. The house is clean and well stocked. It is a nice location on East Cape. Wonderful view of water from the house and the beach is accessible from the lawn. Our family enjoyed walking the beach and found several sand dollars. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful beach house!

We currently live in Calgary Alberta, we are both swim coaches and have 5 kids. Dave is originally from Santiago Chile and I am from Flin Flon Manitoba. We spend our free time travelling and will often pick our next travel designation based on a good restaurant review. PEI was a big draw because of this, the food we experienced in the area quickly became a favourite and we have travelled Canada, coast to coast.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the area and decided this was where we wanted to retire. When we found this property minutes away from a favourite restaurant, ocean front and a beautiful home, we knew we had found our dream place.

What makes this property unique

The 360 views of the ocean from every room in the house, the large balcony off two bedrooms as well as the large deck facing the ocean, made this unique home a place we knew we wanted to buy.
