About Sandy Holt

I am proud to say that I am a native Nashvillian. I have spent my life living in Tennessee and a University of Tennessee alumni.

I love the outdoors. Hunting, fishing, and especially boating, are my favorite past time activities, and I am a huge Nashville Predator's fan.

Whether you live in Tennessee or just come to visit, I highly recommend you experience Old Hickory Lake, a treasure found right outside my back door.

Sandy Holt purchased this house in 1996

Why Sandy Holt chose Mount Juliet

I purchased this property initially as a personal vacation home and have since purchased another home four doors down the street for my permanent residence. The property is very private and yet I can be in downtown Nashville in 20 - 25 minutes.

What makes this house unique

The cottage was a perfect spot for me and my two sons to get away, fish, enjoy the boat and spend time together. We certainly have shared some treasured moments and built fond memories while staying in our lake home. I am excited to share this special place with others to create your own wonderful memories.

Small but perfect for 4

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was small but well planned out. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in the mornings on the screened porch. Pretty sunsets in the evening too! Sandy makes sure all of the necessities are taken care of so you just need to bring your food and relax. We would definitely stay again if/when we return to The Nashville area. On a side note we found out after we left that Dolly Parton was our neighbor for the weekend, wish we had run into her, that would have been cool!

It was what we expected. Small, but very comfortable.

Loved the screened porch with the rockers. We also ate meals out there. Den area is very comfortable. The place is well-supplied.

Perfect get away spot!

  • 5 of 5

The house was well-kept, the kitchen well-stocked and the location well worth it. We were a short drive from downtown Nashville and plenty of other fun places to spend the day but were able to come back to the peace and quiet of the lake at night. The house had all the amenities we could need so we were able to cook plenty of meals there when we didn't want to eat out. The outdoor spaces offered lots of seating options to enjoy the lake views and the weather which was perfect - sunny and in the 80' s all week! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lake house and would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in Tennessee in the future.

The best of both worlds

  • 4 of 5

The location was great. We enjoyed the tranquility of lake front property with beautiful sunsets and the fun of Nashville which was only a 20 min drive away. Although the home was small it was very clean was well put together and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Also a perfect spot to bring your dog with neighborhood playmates and a great dog park near byđź‘Ť?
