Recently remodeled home with new furniture including brand new king and queen mattresses (designed for Four Seasons Hotels), recessed lighting, freshly painted bedrooms, kitchen and house. This vacation home is designed for merriment.

Sea Charm is an alluring, well-appointed vacation home that offers lovely touches throughout along with the luxury of having your own Private Swimming Pool (12x27) with added privacy as there are no neighbors to the left (on the poolside), Hot Tub and Community Tennis Court.

Charming and beautifully decorated, this home has decks on both levels, a screened in porch that is perfect for outdoor gatherings, morning coffee or cocktails in the evening.

Take a stroll down to the beach which is within easy walking distance away (less than 100 yards to the Beach Access). Take a relaxing dip in the private pool, walk on the beach or ride your bike down the bike paths, this home has a wonderful location and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Very quiet and relaxing Sea Charm is the perfect spot to unwind & enjoy the Outer Banks experience.

Family Beach Trip

This house was great for our small family. Most days we played at the beach in the morning before getting cleaned up for lunch and then enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. The beach is a very short walk away and not crowded at all due to the small size of the neighborhood. There is also a lifeguard chair close to the beach access that was manned most of the days we were there. We brought a beach wagon but ended up leaving it at the house due to the proximity of the beach and stairs to get over the dunes.

OBX vacation

Location to beach and easy access was very much appreciated.The pool and hot tub were fantastic.only problem was with the upstairs HVAC. We already plan to come back next year.

Close and Convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Charm was conveniently located and the walk to the beach was easy. There is a boardwalk (with steps), but it was easier than past stairs where we have had to get kids and supplies over massive dunes. The pool and hot tub were nice, as were all of the porches and spaces to hang out. One small recommendation would be to consolidate some of the kitchen items so there is storage space for groceries/food brought to the house.

Great Vacation Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed vacationing in Corolla at the Sea Charm. There was plenty of room for the six of us - a family of four plus two grandparents and two dogs. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. Except for a mixup with the sheets on the first day and some ants everything was great! It was decorated pretty and the beds were the most comfortable we have slept on in a vacation rental. The house was clean and in good working order. We loved having the outdoor carpet on the upper deck. The large dining table was nice for Legos, coloring books, games, and crafts (in addition to meals). The kitchen as well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils and the gas grill was nice. The Keurig and other coffee maker need some work, but we were able to make coffee. There was a great closet full of games, books, and movies. We enjoyed the fun coffee table that displayed items from the beach. The pool was small but perfect with our young kids. The hot tub was well maintained and very relaxing. The location was great! It was a short walk to the beach (like 4 houses) and the wooden walkway from the road to the steps to the beach made it easy for the kids to ride their scooters. Two grocery stores and other shops were nearby and there was a walking/bike path about 2 blocks away. We had a great time and hope to rent Sea Charm again in 2023!
