About this property

Being Renovated Due to Fire. Check back in August 2023.

The charming lake house is the perfect place for you and your friends to relax and take in all of the serene beauty of High Rock Lake. Enjoy your casual lake living by fishing, swimming, tubing, kayaking and boating in the area's wildlife. Even better you can bring or rent your own boat from tamaracmarina.weebly.com and while enjoying the use of our dock. At the end of the day start the charcoal grill then you can enjoy the sunset as you watch the watercraft go by while having dinner and drinks. Although you are in an established lake neighborhood, when you turn into this place you leave the hustle and bustle of the busy world behind and enjoy the peace and quiet of the great outdoors.

The house consists of a master bedroom (Adjustable king bed) with a full bathroom, a kitchen, dining area and a great room with a beautiful stone fireplace and large sectional L-shaped couch on the bottom floor. On the second floor, there is one large bedroom (Adjustable queen and twin) where you can walk out onto the upper deck. Plus there is a spacious loft used as a bedroom (Adjustable Queen and Twin) an a newly added full bathroom. This spacious retreat would be great for one or two families with 1350 sq. ft. of livable space.

The glass doors from the great room leads onto a covered patio where you can sit and enjoy the view of the lake while sipping on your morning coffee or enjoying your breakfast. If you’d like, you can walk down closer to the water and enjoy the views from the gazebo, the stone patio or the dock. The stone patio is a popular place on those colder days because of our fire pit. Bring your own firewood for a fire and roast some hot dogs or make s'mores with our skewers. On warmer days the canopy of trees provides shade on the patio that makes it great for picnicking. In summer time we grow lots mint so feel free to bring ingredients to make mojitos or add some to your ice tea.

Grab your friends, a good book and come visit this charming lake house where you can slow down and just enjoy the water and nature around you.

Beautiful lake house
This lake house was perfect for our anniversary vacation! More than enough room for the two of us, beautifully decorated, very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets, and such a beautiful yard with lots of outdoor seating! Unfortunately our visit was during hurricane Ian, so we had some cooler weather and only got out once on the lake, but we enjoyed using the fire pit and relaxing on the swing. Wonderful rental!

Wedding weekend
Communication could not have been better. We had a few changes we needed to make. All were handled quickly. Location and property were so much better than a hotel.
