The property boasts one of the widest stretches of sand on the island. Our gorgeous beach front location ensures a trip to remember at an affordable price. Stretch out on the sands of Belize and hear nothing but the soothing sounds of the ocean breaking against the water’s edge. Due to our convenient location, we are able to offer you access to 175ft stretch of the beach.
Our room comes with 2 double beds or 1 king bed, cable TV, AC, Fridge, Microwave, Private bathroom, complimentary shower essentials, housekeeping, wifi, private balcony and sea views.

Our famous Belize Barrier Reef can be seen from our pier just under a mile away.

We are an intimate and fascinating beachfront retreat. We are one of the few properties offering our guests kayaking, cycling and beach access. We are the perfect destination for travelers who are looking for comfort, convenience, and style.

Kayak Rentals: All kayak rentals are provided from our property itself, and can be conveniently returned to the property once you’re back from kayaking trip.

Cycling Rentals: We offer a number of cycling services to assist you in your holiday sightseeing in Belize. If you are looking for simple bike hire, you will find the right people here who can help you make your cycling holiday experience a memorable one.

Beach Access: You will be living just steps away from the warm, soft sands of Belize. Just walk out of your rooms anytime of the day and dip your toes in the ocean!

Caye caulker paradise

Great location, good staff, pads for lounge chairs are needed, kayaks are lacking seats. Overall a great stay

Beach hotel

Quaint little beach hotel room, with a wonderful view. We trave with two adults and one child. It was a tad tight, but the location made up for that. The balcony was great to catch the ocean breeze, and had a wonderful view. The hotel is on the North side of "town." We walked everywhere, no problems. The manager lived onsite and very helpful and nice.

Bad Value & Bad Place - We are SO sorry we chose this property!

This is truly a 3rd world property! The only thing that really worked well was the A/C. Everything needs a re-do! Toilet's don't flush right. We had sewer odors or perhaps methane gas odors from lack of vents or vents that don't work well. (Our's were minor in comparison to my sister and brother in-law's unit that was almost unbearable the whole time). Delry the manager is ok. He at least pretends to be glad he's there. The housekeepers were very good and hard working (and I'd bet severely underpaid. Beds need replacement (box springs torn, old and dirty). The bicycles for rent were never really available. Electrical wiring is surface mounted in some areas and probably not safe. Ceiling fan in the bathroom is not installed within the ceiling as designed to be and therefore is extremely noisy and annoying. The only lamp (other than a too bright, ceiling mounted florescent tube (open and exposed and with exposed wiring) was a flexible tube desk lamp with a horrible green shade that made the room green. The bathroom sink is rusty, the bathtub has been spray painted and paint is coming off. On the last day the water heater failed and so we took cold showers. The outdoor little palapa-type-awning-area must have been nice at one time but it's just totally beat up as are the picnic tables. Caye Caulker was AMAZING! But VRBO should remove this nasty property from their offerings! We thought... it's VRBO... it must be decent! It WAS less $ - But it's a slum!

Quaint , comfortable and right on the beach

We ( a group of 8 ladies) loved this cute little place right on the water! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. Loved the location- we could walk everywhere but it was nice and quiet, just far enough from the busy part of the island. We’ll be back! A special thanks to Jenna , our contact person ahead of our stay, who was super nice and always responded promptly to any questions I had.
