This wonderful 5 Bedroom Victorian Cottage sleeps 8 and is located a short stroll from Cape Neddick Beach. Large Living room with high ceilings, Dining Room seats up to 10, Den/TV area and master bedroom/bath. Enjoy the scent of the ocean on the large wrap-around porch. Easy walk down main street or Freeman street to Short Sands and downtown. Restaurants and attractions close by.

Easy walk to Short Sands Beach and downtown York Beach. Close to all area attractions:golf, fishing, shopping, Nubble Light. A few short miles to Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. Lots of area dining and easy walk to Cape Neddick Lobster Pound.

Murder She Wrote

The house reminded us of the set of Murder She Wrote, replete with fine antiques, vintage artwork, and beautiful woodwork. The house had a mysterious vibe and mystery of days of yore. Lots of stairs if you are concerned for youngsters or elderly. The kitchen is tiny, but adequate. Loved the dining room.The beds were good, but we had to hunt for linens. The lights flickered a lot. We contacted the owner and he responded.

Girls weekend

This was such a beautiful older home with so much history! Every where you looked it told a story. There were four us, each having our own room. We absolutely will go back. Thank you Paul for having us. Truly a hidden gem.

Grandma's House

A fun, funky old building. Worked fine for 5 women, each with their own room and bed. Would have appreciated hand soap at the sinks and coffee filters.

Wonderful home - description does not do Justice

We loved our stay in this Victorian home. The home was even nicer than the photos showed Perfect location right near the water. Also great restaurant right across the street. Recommend A++++++

Great summer house!

We had a great time visiting this place. With 5 bedrooms, it is ideal for a large group. The house is 10 minutes walk to York’s beach. It has everything needed. Would go again next year!
