Host Joyce was awsome...very attentive. Unit is just o.k. for us... 2 bedrooms, one with queen, and single pullout under it, other bedroom queen with single bunk. Living area is taken up with additional queen, and single bunk. "Living area consists of a small love seat situated sideways, and t.v.... a picnic table takes up the rest of the living space. I understand renting to larger group is the reason for using space in the living area for a bed, but for us it was a bummer to not have a nice living area to sit and chat. Overall great time in Tagaytay. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Also, Joyce has free big bottle water which was a nice thing. Kitchen was functional. Allowed us to cook, and save money instead of eating out. View was nice from the 3 small balconies. Very slight view of tal lake area if sitting on 2 of the balcony... mostly city view...
