The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

The outdoor dining area has seating for 10, while the indoor dining area has seating for 8. All the necessary dinnerware and cookware is provided for 20 guests.

AMENITIES: Complete with a heated pool, hot tub, and 70-inch TV, this home is ideal for entertaining a group of friends or having a family reunion.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the private 30'x15' heated pool (6' deep), but also features a propane BBQ, 6-person hot tub, covered dining area, hammock, and more.

PARKING: Free parking is available for up to 4 cars.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 2 queen-sized air mattresses, 20 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Rental Agreement: The physical credit card used to book the reservation, along with a matching government-issued ID, are required at check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

Room Size and Photos: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Views and square footage may vary slightly.
