Welcome to your home away from home located in the prestigious gated golf community of Heritage Bay.

We have taken much care and attention to making our 3 bedroom condo an oasis for our guests to enjoy with every amenity you may need for the extent of your stay!

This home has been professionally furnished and decorated with comfort being the main objective. The living area is furnished in elegant dark wood furniture complete with an entertainment center which boasts a 50' LCD TV, a sleeper sofa, love seat and arm chair to sit and relax as you read, enjoy the view of the golf course or enjoy the deluxe cable package!

Our dining area has a large 8-10 person wood table for entertaining guests.
Our master bedroom, overlooking the golf course, is also furnished in beautiful dark wood with a very comfortable king size bed with pillow top mattress, a large dresser upon which sits a 42' TV and walk-in closet. Attached is an elegant en-suite bath with a double sink and glass enclosed shower.

The guest bedroom is similarly decorated and furnished, has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, dresser, walk-in closet and LCD TV.

Unique to our 1st floor Veranda condo, is a third kids' bedroom, equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 single beds).

Prepare delicious meals in our state of the art kitchen with granite counter top. Stainless steel appliances include microwave, oven/stove and dishwasher. We have supplied all necessary utensils, gadgets and small appliances you may require.

Our home also has a laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron as well as a steamer.

Enjoy the golf course view (OAK #20) from the back lanai furnished with patio table and chairs and includes an electric grill.
The front lanai is also furnished with lounge seats and coffee table.

Arrive and park in style in our one car garage with private driveway.

If you love to golf, Heritage Bay boasts a 27 hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. With your golf transfer fee of $275, you will enjoy this beautiful course as often as you desire for the length of your entire stay! (cart fee extra)

Also at your disposal are state of the art tennis courts, a fitness center overlooking a large resort style swimming pool with Chickee Bar and a new club house in which you will find a large dinning room, billiards room and sauna.

The local pool, with large covered structure with bathrooms and seating area, is just steps away from our front door.

This property is situated in a community of Heritage Bay called the Verandas.

Great proximity to pool and good amenities

This very clean rental worked out perfectly for our family. The location close to the pool was a bonus. The pools are kept at the perfect temperature and never crowded for us. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was very workable. The owner was very easy to communicate with and any small issue was easily resolved.

A very well supplied rental at a really nice golf community

We stayed for 2.5 months and had a great time. The unit was almost brand new, and was very well equipped with all you could ever need. Even though we brought things from home like sharp knives spices and a salad spinner, we found we didn't need them since everything was supplied. Even consumables such as baggies, paper towels, laundry detergent etc were all there. The beds were comfortable, the TV's were great, the wifi was fast, the towels and linens were all very nice. The Voip phone system for free North America calling was a bonus. Even beach gear such as beach chairs and boogie boards were available. We would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a golfing vacation since the location in the Heritage Bay Golf community is great. A transfer membership allows playing the course for only cart fees, even though they are high at $55 but it's still less than playing any other course in Naples during peak winter season. Other activities like hiking in the Corkscrew Marsh or heading the beach are all not far away.
