Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for upto four guests, quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, overlooking a trees lined private space, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The apartment is suitable for up to four guests (two in master bedroom and two in an easy to unfold sofa bed located in the living room),

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch /Baumatic appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

In addition it offers two lifts, concierge, CCTV security system, night patrol for added security, superfast 8MGB WIRELESS internet access, impressive 50' LED SMART INTERNET TV set providing 71 Channels, DVD player, fire alarm, and entryphone.

Pretty little hidden gem...

This is a pretty apartment offering good size accommodation, for central London standards, in an unbeatable location. We really enjoyed our stay and made the most of our "tourists status" thanks to the very efficient transport links offered just outside the apartment. It amazed us how tranquil the apartment is being so well positioned bang on between two tube stations and plenty of shops and restaurants...Madeleine and Scott P.

Chic and central, perfect for us....Thank you.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this apartment just after Christmas and loved both the inside and the outside of it! On the outside plenty of shops and very affordable restaurants, Hyde Park and two underground stations on the doorstep. Inside you will find everything you need, topped up with a really chic and contemporary interior decor...Loved the stay and would love to come back! Marisha and Lheia

Beautiful and superbly managed apartment.

The host's ability to accommodate our needs was impressive...we were stranded in Moscow because of the snow and arrangements were made by Rafael to accommodate our nearly seven hours delay. Perfect Place to Stay in London

The apartment is spacious, very clean, and beautifully furnished and very tastefully, perhaps professionally, decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with almost every conceivable kitchen utensil, regular drip coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, combined washing/drier machine, plus also a clothes drier rack. Salt, pepper, sugar condiments are there. The bathroom had shower gel, liquid soap dispenser at sink, high quality towels and even first aid items in the medicine cabinet. London maps, guides, etc. are available for your use. There is a large screen TV in the living room and it is really a pleasure to return "home" from a day's outing and relax at this inviting apartment. The location is hard to beat. Two different subway (underground, i.e. the tube) stations within 50 yards. The street of the apartment, Queensway, has many restaurants, shops and grocery stores at your finger tips. If we go back to London, we will stay at this apartment again.

The owner, Rafael, is very helpful and responsive by e-mail, but you cannot reach him by phone. He provides you with the phone number of an assistant, who also will check you into the apartment. The number we first got before our arrival (to update on arrival time) was useless, because the person did not speak English, only Spanish. The HSBC Bank does not exist anymore on Queensway, so the walking instructions need to be updated; Starbucks is still there; Princess Court is at the Starbucks corner. The only negative thing for us was that the building is in scaffolding for maintenance repairs. This meant that the windows could not be left open (American third floor, Europe second floor) at night or at any other time when one was not there, and that the windows needed to be well locked. Alas, while the apartment front door has four locks to close, the window locks were hardly operable, and after struggling with them, with some help from the assistant, we could finally lock the windows properly, except for the kitchen. I needed to use a prying tool to latch the window because of built-up paint on the latch. The owner should have realized that the scaffolding needed well functioning window locks.

Whilst I am delighted to learn that you enjoyed all my apartment has to offer, both internally ( good quality towels, Netflix App, Nespresso machine, well equipped kitchen ) and externally, ( location, shops...) it is upsetting to learn that the scaffolding temporarily erected about the block put a damper on your stay. Despite having informed you about it before your arrival, I fully understand your comments and I would like to offer you my apologies again for this issue totally out of my control, as fixing windows and maintenance in general was precisely the reason why the scaffolding was erected. Thank you also for your note on the HSBC bank, our branch closed for business just before Christmas and I have been out at sea for weeks over the Season, hence with limited phone access, but arrival instructions have now been updated. Our terrific location, only yards away from Hyde Park will ensure that you make the most of your trip to London whilst enjoying the abundance of shops and restaurants that the cosmopolitan Queensway neighbourhood has to offer.

Atractions like Portobello Market, Royal Albert Hall, and Victoria & Albert, Science and Natural History museums amongst others are all within walking distance from the property via a pleasant stroll through Hyde Park, where you may also visit Kensington Palace, residence in life of the late Princess Diana of Wales.

Having two undergrounds stations ( Queensway and Bayswater) on the doorstep will facilitate the access to all other atractions via a maximum 10 minutes tube ride.
