Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for upto four guests, quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, overlooking a trees lined private space, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The apartment is suitable for up to four guests (two in master bedroom and two in an easy to unfold sofa bed located in the living room),

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch /Baumatic appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

Very central, well equipped, well managed.

Loved the eclectic and mixed neighbourhood, really safe even late as night and offering plenty of restaurants where to lunch or dine, groceries stores, public transport metres away and all you need for a great vacation. We would recommend it to anyone visiting London. Chiara T et Iugho

Perfecta ubicación, muy recomendable.

La excelente ubicación de este apartamento ha sido clave en este viaje relámpago para mi marido, nuestro hijo y yo. Todo está cerca, puedes ir andando a varias atracciones importantes de Londres, como Portobello, el palacio de Kensington o Madame Tussaud's...el resto muy asequibles en metro ( 10 minutos ) o autobús. Volveremos, espero q pronto! Magda, Luique y Mario.

Very desirable location SO near Hyde Park!

The location of this apartment makes it ideal for sightseeing! Hyde Park is JUST THERE, as well as many shops and groceries stores, so convenient whilst on holiday...Rafael was helpful and responsive during the booking procedure and very accommodating with our late arrival and departure. We would recommend his apartment to couples and families with small children or teens. Carolina

Flat very nice - but experience just o.k.

Recently stayed in this well-kept and nicely furnished, very comfortable flat in London. Although the apartment was quite nice and the proximity to 2 Tube lines was great, the neighborhood was a bit dodgy and the path to the apartment is rather dark at night and right by an alleyway. If you are with someone, it's fine but frankly, I was nervous about sending my 19 year old daughter there at night alone. The door to the flat has 5 locks on it. I've lived in NYC so I understand city living and safety but this felt a bit more than that. There is also the matter of the loud construction immediately outside the windows. At 6 A.M. every morning we were awoken to very loud drilling and banging. Although the landlord was very accessible and informative, he failed to mention the construction activity until after we had booked and paid for the flat and then only said there was a little painting going on, which was clearly not the case. The apartment is a block and half away from Hyde Park, which is very nice. I think because of the neighborhood, though, we really were much more eager to to be out all day and only back for sleeping. On the upside, it was good to be so close to subways and only 1 1/2 blocks from Hyde park.

Owner's Response: Thank you, Wendy, for praising the location, comfort and standards of my apartment, which are a constant in the consistent 5* reviews achieved by this property. On the contrary, other points highlighted in your review are not mentioned at all, ( even by guests staying in the apartment also in mid March ) therefore, please allow me to elaborate on those points to add accuracy to your comments. Firstly, the entrance door to the building is 5 metres away from Starbucks, on a cul de sac which is 20 metres in width and hardly a "dark alley". Secondly, only two of the locks on the door are in use, they were installed after I purchased this property and are the only ones you were given keys to, the other three already existed and were disabled for security reasons. Thirdly, the external job mentioned involved indeed only painting and cleaning of the facade of the building and you, - as well as other guests visiting around that time and whom did not report any noise, - were informed accordingly. It was unfortunate that the scaffolding was fully dismantled during your stay and I would like to offer you my most sincere apologies for this out of my control situation and the noise caused. Finally, I would clarify that our building has a very strict policy on noise, with NO noise allowed within the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and that policy has always ( also during your stay ) been enforced. Having two undergrounds stations ( Queensway and Bayswater) on the doorstep will facilitate the access to all other atractions via a maximum 10 minutes tube ride.
