Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for upto four guests, quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, overlooking a trees lined private space, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The apartment is suitable for up to four guests (two in master bedroom and two in an easy to unfold sofa bed located in the living room),

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch /Baumatic appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

Perfect location-Very clean well appointed flat

Location, Location, Location. Did I mention location? This cute flat is located on a nice street. Everything you could possibly need was right with-in a few steps of the flat. There were 2 Indian restaurants, 2 Chinese restaurants, 2 Italian restaurants, 2 Markets and an Asian Market. Not to mention access to three tube lines with in steps of the apartment. As well as a Starbucks and a local coffee shop practically right out side the foyer of the flat. That is if you were too lazy to use the Nespresso machine they provide you with such as I was.

The apartment was well appointed, very clean, but clearly a bit aged from the pictures. Our only real complaint was the lack of a power outlet in the bathroom. Which we did know about from a previous review. However this could be easily solved by placing a mirror in the hall to make doing you hair a bit easier if your using a hair dryer. Also it was a full size bed, a queen would have been more comfortable. With that said we were met at the apartment showed around. And Raf was easily accessible through the trip. Raf was even kind enough to waive one the fees because there was some construction in the courtyard despite the fact that it was not his fault. We plan on coming back to London in September and we hope to use the flat again. It's a perfection location to get around London. Also forgot to mention it's just step from Hyde park a great place to go for a run or have Tea at the Orangery.

My apologies about the lack of power outlet in the bathroom, as a Spanish citizen myself ( where we are allowed to have them ) I totally understand your comment...but Heath and Safety regulations in Britain are very strict in that respect. Ideal batchelor's pad in a great location.

I frequently travel to London for business and always stayed near the City or financial district, but in this ocassion my girlfriend joined and opted for a different location, omewhere more local where we could get to immerse ourselves with the locals and this neighbourhood was ideal for that! Plenty to do, local restaurants, shops and Hyde Park around the corners....this is London at its best! Dan and Rami

Ideal, easy access to all landmarks in London.

The transport links outside the apartment is what you need when sightseeing a city like London. I can proudly say that I think 5 landmarks in just one day, and even got to walk between some. Excellent acccommodation, lovely decor and very friendly and accommodating host. All in all a great choice! J S Wellington

Quiet and central, it ticks all boxes!

Exactly what I wanted, a quiet apartment where I could rest properly after a busy sightseeing day, still right in the centre of a multicultural neighbourhood and offering a variety of restaurants just outside the building...NO need for cooking, yay...Loved the place! Adelaide
