About this property

Our two-level, 3 bedroom condo is located the Sports Village development in the beautiful Green Valley area of St. George, Utah. I-10 is a spacious 1830 square foot 2-level penthouse condo that sleeps up to 10+ guests in beds.

Free internet access and cable tv is offered in the condo.

The kitchen is furnished with dishes and cooking supplies for comfortable meals. The dining room has a large table.

The living room has a 50'' flat screen TV with cable TV. It is also equipped with a blu-ray player for both DVDs and blu-ray discs.

The main floor has a one large bedroom with bunkbeds, a large closet, and a new sofa sleeper with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom.

Upstairs you'll find a loft with more seating, another TV, and more playing room for the kids.

Upstairs you'll also find a bedroom with a queen size bed, nightstands and a closet. A bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom.

The master bedroom is also upstairs. There is a king size bed and nightstands, a dresser with TV on it, a walk-in closet.

The large master bathroom boasts an oversize garden tub and plenty of counter space.

Great getaway

This was a fantastic condo for a big group. There was plenty of room for everybody and it was very clean and comfortable. They were so good with working with us with our check in and check out times I would stay here again. Thanks

ST George with Family

We loved the property it was roomy and spacious. The only complaint I have is operation of the TV. It was complicated, the instructions were not helpful and well we gave up out of frustration.

Our family loves going to St. George, it is one of favorite places in the world. We decided to purchase a condo there because we consider it a second home. Each time we go we find something new to do. The possibilities are endless there.

Why they chose this property

You will find this condo large and comfortable. The 2 levels make it seem more roomy than other condos. It is a great family vacation place because it has all the amenities included and the walk to the clubhouse is short. From the deck of the condo you can see the playground and pool so you can keep an eye on your children.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is one of the largest in Sports Village. It is has a view of the clubhouse pool so you can see the action. It is also right next to one of the exits from the clubhouse which makes easy access back to the condo.
