  • This holiday house is ideal for two to four people,but can provide accommodation to six people,keeping in mind that this is at the cost of the overall comfort. There is a nice master bedroom under the oak saddle roof with a large double bed. The second smaller bedroom is foreseen from a dressing and has a second storey in the form of a mezzanine with a large bed for 2 persons. This sleeping area is located close under the saddle roof and is somewhat more convenient for younger couples or youngsters. There is also a quality bedsofa in the living room. Complementary to this we still have two single foldable hotelbeds .

Perfectly placed and a perfect apartment

The apartment was beautifully appointed and perfectly placed for walking around Brugge and for meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). So close to a canal and quiet. Alex was a most gracious host and greeted us with a gift basket of Belgian goodies. Would most definitely recommend.

FABULOUS!

I cannot imagine anything they'd need to change about this property. I felt like I lived there the second I walked in... The art in every room was especially lovely. The kitchen had everything I needed to be able to cook including new appliances. The bathrooms were also very nice. The location was excellent, a little away from all the hustle and bustle but an easy walk to literally EVERYTHING. Beds were very comfortable and the windows allowed excellent light. Blackout curtains kept it nice and dark when you wanted to sleep. Alex was most helpful and even greeted us with a basket of specialty chocolates, wafers and Belgian beer. If we were to return to Brugge, I would definitely want to stay at Casa Michelangelo again.

Fabulous rental!

We spent 3 lovely days in Casa Michaelangelo . Alex was there to greet us and give us helpful information about what to do in Bruges. We loved the property and I felt I was in a museum with all the original paintings. Extremely comfortable and spacious for 2 couples. I would highly recommend the place and would stay again. Second Stay as good as the First

We stayed at this lovely apartment two years ago, so when we found out we would be back in Bruges, it was the first reservation we made. This apartment is beautiful. It is located right over Alex's shop and away from the tourist-y areas in town so you don't have noisy neighbors around. Everything in Bruges is within walking distance, so we parked the car and enjoyed the strolls. The home is very clean. The living area is very comfy and has enough seats for all of us and includes throw blankets to snuggle under at night. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are great and the shower is exceptional. Alex is very helpful in providing restaurant, bakery and grocery store recommendations or anything else you need help with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would go back again.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Brugge

The property was as advertised and the stay was perfect. It was perfect for our family of four.

We only wish we could have stayed longer. Alex, our host was outstanding. Upon arrival, Alex personally showed us a map of Brugge and identified the best chocolate shops, restaurants and sights to see in the area. A true gem in Brugge with a fantastic host!
