Perfect week

My family and I (children 11 & 12) had a wonderful stay. The house was perfectly clean and set up. The pool and hot tub are amazing - the kids were in there all day. When it rained, the kids played in the huge basement/game room. Bill, the owner, was lovely to deal with and easy to contact with questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous house in a beautiful neighborhood!

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The owner, Bill was a pleasure. He allowed us to arrive early, made great restaurant recommendations and was very responsive to emails/texts. The house was fantastic and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The layout was perfect for us. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. The house was close to some local restaurants and a 5 minutes drive to the town. The backyard is beautiful with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs and plenty of seating for outdoor eating. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Exceeded our Expectations!

This is a spacious, spectacularly appointed, stunning home, inside and out. The owners have thought of everything to make you feel welcome and at home, from the fluffy white towels to the crystal clear, warm pool. We all agreed that, though the pictures of the house are beautiful, they do not do this home justice. The yard is vast with older plantings and trees that make it feel very private. The beach is just a short bike ride away and you pass adorable and quaint Westhampton Beach village on the way. There are cute, homey restaurants within walking distance. What more could you ask? It definitely exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic House

We had the delight to stay in Jeffrey Lane for too short a week . The house is superb and the location perfect. Bill and his family went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. We would love to return soon. Tom , Maggie Barrie
