My mother and I are co-hosting the two rooms of our bungalow.

1.)SEPARATE ENTRANCE to the rooms which means you can come and go whenever you want without walking through our space.

2.)BEST LOCATION. Located 2 mins from the Baner Road. It is easily accessible to all restaurants and pubs, offices, malls, theaters, garden, hills, highway, city center and tourist places.

ATMs, Rickshaws, Grocery stores, Laundry shops, Doctors, Medical stores are located just across the street. Uber cars are easily available for commuting.

Renowned nearby places include Shri Chhatrapati Sports Complex - Balewadi, Hinjewadi IT Park, IISER, NCL, , ARDE, Flame School of Business, Oxford Golf & Country Club, Symbiosis International University, Lavale, UWC Mahindra College, Mercedes-Benz International School, Yoganjali Yoga (Iyengar yoga), Fergusson College, Pune University etc.

3.)Home made yummy food. We offer COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST which includes sweet to savory Indian dishes like Poha, Idli Sambhar, Dosa- Chutney, Parathas, Thalipeeth, Bread- Omlette etc. plus coffee or tea. On prior notice we also offer authentic veg and non-veg Maharashtrian meals.

4.)SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. The house is located in a safe, quiet residential area which is well guarded. We are a family of 4 staying right below, on the ground floor of the Bungalow. We are available 24 hours. Being a socially active family we have good relations with our neighbors and who can help whenever needed. Pune is very safe for solo travelers. However we still advise women solo travelers to not to extend their day beyond 9:00 pm.

5.)PEACEFUL AND NATURAL surroundings. The bungalow is surrounded from all sides with big trees which keeps the air fresh and maintain cooler temperatures. We have grown many fruit trees because of which many types of chirping birds are our daily visitors. We also have begun terrace gardening and soon will open for our guests. The rooms ar
