About this property

Condo is located on the top floor (end unit) with marsh views and is only 1 mile from the Folly Beach Pier, shopping and restaurants. There are bike lanes in both directions to Folly Beach from the condo. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals including a seafood market and seafood restaurant.

Bedrooms have comfortable Queen Serta Sleepers. Living room has a sectional couch with ottoman, two TVs and a ceiling fan. The full kitchen has 4 stools and is well equipped with quality cookware.

The condo comes with everything you need to get your vacation started including linen, bath towels, household supplies, beach chairs, and a beverage cooler.

Please note this complex does not have an elevator. There are 45 steps or 4 flights to the entry door.

Parking lot is unassigned, there is a strictly enforced 2 cars maximum per condo. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles are allowed.

Clean and close to the Beach

Process was straight forward. As advertised, clean and quiet. Greatly enjoyed the view from the deck, and everything we needed was available, even Beach Chairs. Would book again.

Nice stay

This was a perfect place for the three of us. As stated in previous reviews, it is located on the main drag. When inside, the traffic wasn’t heard. However, on the balcony it was. We still enjoyed the breeze and sunshine. We used the condo for two of our three meals a day. Kitchen was sparse with only one oven pad, one kitchen towel, no small measuring cups or measuring spoons. Appropriate dishes and utensils. Cleanliness was just ok. Overall cute place.

Wouldn’t recommend

I have never left a bad review and I hate having to do so now. But I wouldn’t want to recommend this property to anyone! The condo smelled so musty it made me nauseous! The smells was so strong. The toilet had what appeared to be either feces or blood on it. I took a wet wash cloth and it wiped off so it wasn’t a stain. The dresser in the bedroom had someone’s dirty clothes in it. There was a dirty sock found in our bed as well and one in the closet. The bathroom in the master had no toilet paper. None. The main bath had one roll. We had to go to Walmart and buy toilet paper. I hate having to leave this review but this was a very disappointing stay for us. The place just didn’t feel clean!
