About this property

Beautiful house with 430 m² built and 900 m² of land fully decorated!
Full kitchen with all utensils and appliances. Cookware of all sizes sufficient to cook for large family groups.
It has air conditioning in 7 suites and a total of 8 bathrooms.
Large swimming pool, as you can see in the photos, plus a small beach at the edges that is over 2 meters wide and just over 10 cm deep ideal for children, adults and the elderly.
Fully terraced outdoor area with gourmet kitchen and barbecue integrated into the pool.
Moroccan mixed architecture with a lot of wood that no longer exists today, large living room with high ceilings folding wooden windows that allow the breeze to enter and spread throughout the house as was the intention of the architect and owner of Belíssima when built. Mezzanine with 4 suites and all with air conditioning and individual balconies overlooking Ilha Bela, coconut trees, trees and it is possible to hear the noise of the sea on days of rougher waves.
One of the 3 ground floor suites caters for people with limited mobility by not having stairs to access.

Um paraíso!

Desde o fechamento do aluguel desta casa até fechar o portão pra voltar pra rotina só tivemos boas vibrações. O proprietário é extremamente correto e solícito, atitude que se estendeu ao caseiro que mora no local. Este último muito discreto e atencioso, respeitoso e gente boa demais. A casa é extremamente funcional, arejada, sem cheiro de mofo, comum a casas no litoral, tudo funcionando bem. Realmente muito agradável. Destaque especial para a piscina com praia, um charme e que foi muito utilizada por todos nós. É funda! E deliciosa. A proximidade com a praia é uma deliciosa caminhada por um quarteirão numa vila muito linda e com astral caiçara que, particularmente, apreciamos muito. Barequeçaba é sensacional! Linda, com areia firme, ótima pra corrida e caminhada. Mar calmo, ótimo para praticar natação e stand up ou relaxar e brincar com os filhos e familia toda. Estaremos ali novamente em 2021.

Perfect House

The house is wonderful! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms! The pool has a shallow area perfect for little kids! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Sensacional

Realmente a casa entrega tudo que promete, passamos uma semana excelente com nossa família, a praia é um pouco calma pra quem gosta de pegar umas ondas, é bem rasa excelente para crianças, a localização é ótima, pudemos aproveitar para conhecer maresias, juquehy e também ilha bela, tem passeios de escuna e barco saindo da praia. Tanto o proprietário como o caseiro são muito atenciosos e dedicados, pretendemos voltar.
