The apartment is a corner unit that offers breathtaking views on a clear day of Makati city and as far as Manila Bay from the bedroom, and Marikina city and Laguna Bay from the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining counter, a flat screen 32 in LED TV with USB port, cable service and DVD/CD player, and internet connection. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a pull out bed and a desk. The bathroom has hot and cold running water and a rain shower. It has everything that will make your stay as comfortable as possible whether on vacation or on business. The unit is also equipped with a fire alarm, an intercom that connects to the reception and other units in the complex, and is accessible by three high speed elevators.
The condo building has a lounge area with free wifi, function rooms, a meeting room, a lap pool, kiddie pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, massage area, karaoke room, kids' play room. It also has a laundromat service and a water refilling station. It is directly accessible to the high end shopping mall, the Shangri-la Mall, where one can find fine dining restaurants, bars, a food court, a supermarket, a drugstore, and cinemas. A convenience store (7-11) can be found on the ground floor of the building. It is directly accessible to the EDSA Shangrila Hotel and the MRT station. The property is a 10-minute ride to Makati as well as to Quezon city by MRT, a 5 to 10 min walk to SM Megamall and Podium Mall, and about 15min walk to the Asian Development Bank. A Catholic church is across the street. A private hospital (Medical city) is 5 minutes away by taxi. Security is 24/7. A taxi stand can be found around the corner.

The property is tucked in a quiet corner of Ortigas CBD, has privacy and top notch security, is close to two large malls, and is accessible by MRT.
Renting this one-bedroom condo at the St. Francis Shangrila was one of the best decisions I have made thus far with regards to spending my vacation in Manila.
The condo unit actually looks much much better in person than the pictures shared by the owner. It was neat, simple, and spacious. I spent several nights sleeping soundly on a very comfortable bed. The owner, who was absolutely accommodating, was always prompt, willing and clear in responding to my queries. The unit and the condo complex itself were accessible to the Shangrila mall and to the newest restaurants in town. Centrally located, one can easily catch a cab to visit other interesting areas of Metro Manila. The staff of the St. Francis Shangrila were consistently accommodating and respectful - well-trained by the administration to attend to the needs of the owners, tenants and guests. I also enjoyed the amenities. It has a first class gym and an impeccable lounging area on the 8th floor Most importantly, I felt very safe in staying in this condo. Security measures are above par. I highly recommend this condo unit. You might never want to leave! J

This review is a bit delayed, but it's a must to provide a positive review on this condo-apartment. Our stay was extended at this place due to unexpected family events, we finally stayed here for 67 days. This unit served as our homebase, we visited our families at other provinces. I give this place a 5-star rating because of all its positive qualities, and this place really served the purpose of our trip. Safety: this place is very secure and very courteous security personnel are posted at every corner, nobody gets in the property without being questioned or processed through security, my family and me felt very safe! Clean: the unit is very spacious and clean, and being a corner unit at 56th floor, it has an awesome view of the city and surroundings, very relaxing and stress-relieving to look at sky view from this unit especially at sunset every afternoon! Convenience and Accessibility: the unit is very accessible to a big mall with shopping, movies, grocery and eating establishments. During our extended stay, we ate at almost all the restaurants at the mall, great experience. The unit is very accessible short walking distance to neighboring restaurants, shopping districts and mall, and the church, we had fun walking around. Very safe too! The owner of the unit is very friendly, professional, very accommodating and prompt to answer my queries and questions. The rent was very reasonable comparing to staying at the nearby hotel establishments. I recommend highly this condo-apartment and I would definitely stay here again next time!
Stayed with my husband and young daughter. Location was very good as it is very central to everything. It was a good base for the two weeks of our stay. The unit is clean and very well maintained, also comes complete with what you will need away from home. Fittings and appliances are modern and in good working condition. Service from the owner is excellent, responds quickly and is always willing to help. I have found her to be fair and friendly. All my dealings with her have been delightful. The concierge service is also commendable, they were always very helpful. The unit and whole building is very secure. This unit is highly recommended. We will certainly use it again when we go back.
Stayed there from Feb 1-22 as home base to visit family and friends. Stayed there two years ago also and we loved it so much we decided to book it again. The owner is very nice and accommodating and quickly responds to text messages. Condo has everything you need in a home and more! Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is stocked. Bedroom has extra linen and pillows. Gym, sauna and pool on the 8th floor. Attached to Shangrila mall and hotel on the 5th floor. Endless choices of restaurants, shops and entertainment. The new East Wing of Shangrila mall had every cuisine you could ask for. And of course the famous buffet at Heat is next door. The unit also gives a good panoramic view of the surrounding areas, which was great on the eve of Chinese New Year- we could see all the fireworks all over Metro Manila! We also felt safe and secure. The concierge desk was always helpful and the security guards were at every entrance. No need to look elsewhere for our next visit, this condo is it. We will surely come back and tell our friends about it!
My husband and I had an awesome stay in the condo. Security was excellent.... It was so convenient for everything - shopping, restaurants, drug stores, church (catholic - just across) movie houses, and money changers. Internet was okay, too. Ideal for "balikbayans" (who don't want to bother relatives and friends ) and foreigners as well. Two thumbs up!!!.
Stayed there for 1 week and felt like home.Toiletry supplies are provided for you and complete kitchen wares as well. Best part is the view from the balcony and having a small veranda outside while having a glass of wine is priceless.
