Spacious Mission Hills condo with fabulous views and three large bedrooms all with their own ensuite bathrooms. If you like clean, well maintained, bright, late 90's decor you will love this 2500 square foot condo/bungalow on the 4th fairway of the famous Mission Hills Golf Course. With large living spaces and three large bedrooms, this is the perfect location to enjoy all the activities and attractions of Palm Desert, Palm Springs and all the surrounding areas.
Important note - any listed rates, rules and minimum night requirements are subject to all current laws, rules and prohibitions of the City of Rancho Mirage California. Currently the minimum stay requirement at our property is 30 days but that is subject to any changes in the local governments laws and regulations relating to minimum night stays. .
