About this property

Our two-story apartment is in the center of an old brewery building within walking distance from downtown Uzès. The entire home was renovated in 2017. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two bedrooms as well as one living room with a convertible bed. Great kitchen for cooks with cutting boards, pots and pans, a gas stove, a steam oven, and so on. We have a Nescafé espresso maker and provide you with capsules.

We have been renting for several years on another well known site. While we are away and you are here, as seasoned travellers, we take care of every minute detail for you if you have anything at all to take care of.

There is a full guide book at the house in which I update yearly the local restaurant scene, give precise directions on where to buy what in terms of food and suggest great outings in and around Uzès.

Great Trip to France

Property manager was Great, took care of all our questions. Was close enough but far enough away. Very private area.

We are a Parisian and American couple. We have three children and many of the toys and baubles you need. We lived in Uzès for a decade.

Why they chose this property

The unique quality of this property, which we rented before buying, is its excellent location, it is in central Uzès with proximity to greenery... we look out on a large "park" and hear the frogs at night or the cicadas in the summer heat. While we don't have a garden ourselves, the pool and tennis court are right next door. We use the Place aux Herbes and the Vallée de l'Eure as our outdoor living room. You have a pool, tennis court and parking spot and are a few minutes' walk from all Uzès has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is a very pleasant place to stay. The laundry machines are in the downstairs bathroom, the kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need. There are high-quality ovens (one traditional and one vapor oven). The views out the window are beautiful. You are in a gated residence with pleasant neighbors.
