Nestled between Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort's Golf and Tennis Clubs, this one bedroom villa is open with natural light, space and all the amenities you would need to dine in, entertain the entire family or relax with unbelievable views. Nature and wildlife take center stage and you'll have private dock access for fresh water fishing, kayaking, canoeing and more.

Our villas feature king size bed in master and two full baths, sleeper sofa in living room, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area with seating for four, private patio, along with complementary WiFi.

The Village at Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful setting just 200 yards away from a wide sand beach and the Dunes House Beach Club by a footpath along the waterway. The Village features a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, playground, and waterside picnic tables and BBQ grills. Enjoy an easy walk to golf, tennis, restaurants, shopping, crabbing, canoes, fishing, paddleboats, biking and nightlife. Guests of this beautiful Hilton Head rental enjoy the free shuttle (from April through September) around Palmetto Dunes and to the shops and restaurants of the Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina as well as Shelter Cove Town Center.

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I enjoyed the opportunity to relax and have easy access to the beach and bike trails. The kitchen was well stocked but could use sharper kitchen knives. We had a plumbing issue but it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. We were blessed to have great weather too!

Good Stay

Been coming to HHI for over 15 years and this is the first time we have ever rented a place. We were very familiar with PD so finding a place in there that was close to the beach access was paramount to us. The location was ideal and the villa was bigger then expected. The pool isn't all that ideal for little kids as the deep end is equal in size to the shallow end but other then that there were no complaints. We have stayed at the moorings which are slightly bigger and closer to the beach but the price on this one made more sense to us. Thanks for the stay.

Great location.

Love the location and size of this villa. Would love to have the mattress and sheets upgraded but everything else was fine. Plenty of kitchen supplies.
