About this property

The manorial located, new Villa Monte e Mar is located in the south, quiet and lonely, between mountains and the sea. Around the house are two spacious terraces, so that everybody finds a quiet place for himself. With a few steps you get to the pool (5 x 10 m), with a roman stair. Here you find comfortable couches with garniture, sunshade and an outdoor shower. A further terrace of 60 m2 with a gorgeous view to the sea is on the first floor.

The Most Amazing Villa

This beautiful villa has to be seen to be believed - it is actually better than you see in the photos! It is absolutely stunning with everything you could ever want - pool and garden grounds are just amazing. Thomas, the owner, is very friendly and explained everything perfectly. Set in a beautiful rural area with a stunning view towards the sea, it was ideal for the quiet tranquill holiday we were looking for! Would highly recommend this villa and would love to return. Thomas, many thanks for giving us the perfect holiday!

Eine Woche purer Genuss

Kontaktaufnahme war problemlos und Herrn Winter beantwortete alle unsere Fragen jeweils zeitnah. Die Villa ist einfach erreichbar und übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen. Für Ruhe Suchende ist die Lage optimal, etwas abgelegenen und sehr ruhig und trotzdem erreicht man Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Zeit und der Flugplatz in Faro ist in ca 15 min zu erreichen. Die Villa selbst bietet allen Komfort, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der grosszügige Pool und die fantastische Aussicht runden das Gesamtbild positiv ab. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Villa an traumhafter Lage

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Besitzer, Herr Thomas Winter hat uns herzlich begrüsst und viele gute Tipps gegeben. Sehr sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wunderschöne Umgebung mit vielen Pflanzen und grandiosem Pool. Absolut ruhige Lage mit viel Privatsphäre. Wir konnten unsere Ferien bei schönstem Wetter in vollen Zügen geniessen. Ganz herzlichen Dank Herr Winter, wir kommen gerne ein anderes Mal wieder!
